Just went in to get a regular double quarter pounder with cheese and medium fry. Nothing extra no add ons nothing, just a regular burger. Got told to wait in the mobile app spot. Waited for 15 minutes, went in to check on it still not ready. Took 25 minutes altogether just to get a regular burger and fries..

I love McDonald's coffee. Is usually fresh and strong. The way I like it. If you was to get a bad cup just tell him you like to have a fresh cup. I do like their fries and hamburgers! I will be back and recommended it to the others. Especially for kids. I like to get the Happy Meal Yes its is for kids. But I'm just a big kid at heart. Lol Well got there it was cold in there. I told them and it wasn't long l felt like l was setting in front of a fireplace drinking my coffee. Y'all, please be patient with New workers. They are learning. McDonald's is my kind of place. Stars all the way!

Formal Incident Complaint (Draft)
Date: Monday, December 22, 2025
Time: Approximately 8:50 a.m.
Location: McDonald’s, 50 Glen Road, Garner, NC
On the above date and time, I went to pick up a delivery order at the McDonald’s located at 50 Glen Road in Garner, NC.
As I was exiting the restaurant, a female employee was sweeping directly outside the doorway. I was holding my delivery in my left hand and opened the door outward with my right hand. I paused and waited for the employee to move so I could safely exit, as the door opened toward her and she was positioned directly in front of it.
Despite seeing the door open and my attempt to wait, the employee continued sweeping and did not make space for me to pass. When she momentarily stopped sweeping to use her phone, I attempted to exit quickly. At that point, she resumed sweeping abruptly, and the broom struck the back of my heel.
I stopped and calmly told her that sweeping into me was rude and unnecessary. In response, the employee became verbally aggressive, began cursing, and spoke in an unprofessional manner.
I returned inside the restaurant and requested to speak with a manager. A female manager came out with me, and I explained what had happened. When we approached the employee outside, the manager stated that the employee was “only fifteen and autistic.” No apology was offered, nor was there any attempt to de-escalate the situation or acknowledge the physical contact and verbal behavior.
The interaction left me frustrated and disappointed, particularly due to the lack of accountability and professionalism from management. This location has a history of poor customer service, including delayed and missing orders, and this incident further reflects ongoing issues.
I am submitting this complaint to formally document the incident and request that appropriate steps be taken to improve employee supervision, customer safety, and management response at this location.

I placed a very small order consisting of only a few items. Despite the size of the order, I waited for an absurd 55 minutes. After waiting nearly an hour, my food was still not ready, and I unfortunately had to leave without receiving my order which I paid for.
When I informed the employees that I needed to leave, they were completely unconcerned. Unacceptable wait time and poor customer service.

This one was a new one for me so I felt like it needed to be addressed. Never have I ever been to a fast food place and was served a wrapper neatly folded, with nothing in it. It's hard to believe that was an accident but who knows.

If the workers don’t want to they need to quit. I stayed at the speaker for 30 mins went to the window and he said I couldn’t order at the window so we went back to the speaker and still didn’t get served. Unacceptable especially since yall are open 24 hours

Just waited over 30 minutes in the lobby to receive my food and still had to ask for a refund because it still was not ready and they could not tell me when it would be ready. Avoid this McDonald’s if possible.

My husband went through the drive thru tonight on his way home grabbing dinner for myself, my son and him. When he ordered he tried to verify that they got the end of his order, which was my order, because he didn’t see it pop up on the screen but they kept telling him to just pull forward. So he pulls forward and again tries to verify with the young man that was taking his payment and asked him did you get the last order and was it the spicy deluxe meal without tomatoes but add pickles? According to my husband the young man looked and acted like he couldn’t care less and said to pull forward and verify at the second window. So he pulls forward after paying, to the second window and again tried to verify with the young lady, just trying to make sure was the spicy deluxe meal put in with no tomatoes but add pickles? And she looked at him but didn’t acknowledge the question and walked away and then came back a few minutes later with our order and sent him on his way. So fast forward to him getting home, he’s explaining to me what happened and said when he looked at the receipt my order was in fact on there but he wasn’t sure it was correctly because of what had happened, so I go to get my food and low and behold my Spicy chicken deluxe did in fact have tomatoes, no added pickles, also random pieces of bacon which do NOT even automatically come on that meal to start with and there was almost no spicy sauce and what looked to be a random small piece of melted American cheese, which again cheese does NOT automatically come on that sandwich. So not only did they not put my modifications on my order OR listen to my husband or even acknowledge him when he was trying to verify they took our order correctly, THEY put their own modifications on my order. This McDonald’s location really needs to do better and pay attention to who they have working for them and retrain some of their people because the total LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE and them also trying to make their own orders for customers is completely unacceptable. McDonald’s please do better.
