Utilized the mobile application to place an order. However, the drive-thru experience was exceptionally poor. There was an instance when we remained stationary for approximately 20 minutes without any vehicles moving. Despite this initial setback, the subsequent 30-minute wait to obtain a McFlurry was relatively satisfactory.

Showed up super late in the evening after a concert. About 10 cars in front, and numerous behind. Staff was professional and the order was delivered, accurately, quickly, and was still hot.

One of the first annoyances - are that if the kiosks are supppsed to save staff time and help divert flow of customer traffic - then the coupons you cut from a newspaper should somehow be utilized on the kiosk without having to go to the counter and interact with cashier.
Whether via code entry, QR code or barcode scan. I know theres a risk of scamming by unscrupulous folks but McDonalds isnt...
