This location was absolutely fabulous when we first started going,When we walked in the girl working at the front was eating her lunch never once washed her hands or sanitized which is just gross eating with your fingers then checking people out.Maybe a lunch room for the employees to eat their food?I had to wipe the chairs and tables off before we could sit down.I mean if my kids noticed how unclean it was that definitely says something.It was disappointing……

Flavor’s were good but their scale is not calibrated. They are over charging.I told the young girl about it but she went inside and never came back. Maybe it’s not a big deal for one ice cream but at the end of the day it's wrong if we add up their sales for the day.

Their ice cream is good, but their fruit is always old and gross. They used to have sample cups and I wish that if the system was abused that they did like 2 or 3 sample cups a person because there is no way to know if you will like it. Lastly, their bathroom smells absolutely rotten.

This place used to be really good, but kinda going down hill now. Recently went there about 12:15 and it was still closed even though they were supposed to open at 12:00. The employee showed up as we were about to pull away. We went in but of course had to wait for some stuff. Then most recently, we got there about 12:30. They were supposed to have been open at 12:00 and some of the machines weren't even turned on yet. When we told the clerk, she said, "Oh, let me check in the back." Then they came on, but even after a few minutes the yogurt is only partially frozen, and then it's pretty much cold soup before you're done eating it. There was no apology for the inconvenience either, just "try now". They were also out of the magic shell and marshmallow syrup, and when I told her while I was paying, all she said was "Do you have a phone number with us?" Didn't even acknowledge what I told her. Bottom line, don't go in there close to opening time. I think it takes them an hour or two before they're fully open.

My kids and I love menchies.. it's definitely one of our local (treat) ice cream stops. The staff though young are always professional, smiling and easy to interact with. Today I was so touched . A young lady (whome I know I'm more than old enough to be her mom), with the brightest smile said " can I tell you that you are so gorgeous". That couldn't have ended a rough week any better❤️. Mind you I was admiring how beautiful she was herself. Kudos to these young people for doing their job and more in a sometimes not so nice world. Will forever be a customer.
