This location is nothing like it was when it opened. The portions and quality of the food has went down. I use to visit frequently since it’s local to where I live but don’t as much and when I do I’m reminded why. I took advantage of the BOGO.The first pick is the amount of chicken in my bowl…no way that’s even one scoop. That left me with a bunch of dry clumped up rice and practically raw onions and peppers. My husband bowl was exactly the same. I asked for corn and the server split one scoop between the 2 bowls…I almost told her I didn’t even want it…does this look appealing to you? To top it off they gave me a bag full of cold chips🫠 this was close to 1 around lunch time so I don’t get why the food was cold, old, and just nasty honestly. We both picked over the bowl but I think I’m done with them at this point.

Disappointed that I always order pickup, and once I arrive and notify the staff, I still have to wait 10 mins or more for my order. I order in advance and come in within 5 mins after the assigned pickup time to make sure I’ve given them enough time to get the order done . I can understand once or twice … but every single time is ridiculous. I’m not sure if it is direction from MOES corp, or if the in-store staff just don’t prioritize to-go orders, but it is extremely inconvenient.

Moe's used to have Mon specials so I tried to call the Garner NC location to find out what the specials are (nothing specific on website since it's a chain - just says "Moe's locations celebrate Mondays with specials". I sat on hold for 17 minutes before they hung up on me. The call automatically rings after being on hold every minute or so. They literally put me back on hold over a dozen times before hanging up. I tried to call again and the same thing happened. I arrived at my destination and hung up after 8 minutes. This was at 3:55 pm so not peak busy hours. Out of principle I will not ever eat there, since they obviously don't give a crap about customers.

Worst portion I’ve gotten. Never get extra protein if you’re ordering online. You will be just wasting money. I’ve tried 3 times with my order and they never put extra protein. Just go in person and order. They should not offer the online ordering service if they’re not going to make it right.
I’ve been here 52 seconds & ain’t nobody said welcome to Moe’s yet. Then she asked if I was picking up an online order cause I’m on my phone. Still no WELCOME TO MOES. No. I’m writing this review. The chili crisp chicken SMACKS & I have a gift card so I guess I’ll put up with this… this time… back to chipotle I go!
