I live in Clayton but sometimes when we are in Garner we stop by. This is the second time in the last several months we have come to this location and it will probably be our last. Big issue was with the service. The kid taking my order kept repeating the wrong thing of what I had said and was very rude. When it came time to pay they charged me for extra meat. I told the person at the register I didn't order extra meat and was met with well the sticker is on here and he said you did. The service made ordering frustrating and they were just very rude.

DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Never had a bad Moe’s experience until I came to this location. Buddy gave me attitude for whatever reason, then asked for double meats and gave me less than normal. I ask for more he gave me a little pinch… almost walked out then and should’ve. Next person didn’t get me queso when I asked, then the register lady let someone in front of me for a cup of queso… I go to pay and they almost didn’t give me my queso that ended up not even a full cup and then gave me stale chips ??? Never seen so many doorknobs working at a simple establishment and still not be able to do their jobs.

Great place to get authentic Mexican grill food. I suggest the Joey bag of donuts. Great food, great people, grelat atmosphere. And who can forget that greeting everytime you open their doors it never fails WELCOME TO MOE'S!!! 10 out of 10 must try again!

In the battle of Chipotle vs. Moe's I choose Chipotle. However, there are things that stand out at Moe's like their queso, salsa bar, and Coke freestyle machine. However, the main course meals didn't leave me wanting more. That said, I will still visit again and would say it's worth a visit for sure.

It was a young staff and they were awesome. Food was awesome & served fast. Just the way we wanted. Very polite & efficient. It was kind of late and they restricted the salsa bar & likes without asking even though they were closing soon. Even had fresh sweet tea. The food was great, but I wish they had more gluten free options and learn what it is so that the customer can not stress about it. The service was good and employees were friendly but sometimes you can't hear them saying what they are saying sometimes but they have awesome atmosphere.
The staff here are extremely slow and people waited so long in the line while their food was ready while they were chatting and laughing definitely not a professional work environment . Management should take this to consideration. I can see how frustrating it was for

Been years since I've been to Moe's so I to bring kids. Wasn't what I remembered. The food the fill the burritos didn't seem as fresh as I remember. I will say my Burrito wasn't bad, it was petty good. The chips didn't seem as good as I remember. The main issue I had was the salsa and sauce area was a mess and the 2 main salsas were empty, the manager a d kne if the employees walks passed several times looking at the area and still didnt refill or clean the area. The salsa that was in there looked like it been there all day. We were there about 40 minutes and the salsa wasn't refilled until I had gotten some chips to go and asked if they has some salsa. Like I said the Buritto was decent but this location needs some help

The service was about the only good thing about my lunch here today. I hadn't been in a very long time and hadn't realized how much the menu had changed. I settled with a Homewrecker bowl. The taste didn't hit for me, tasted too smoked for me. Will pass for something else next time.

This restaurant was very busy and I was quite surprised to see that when I seen the prices of the food. The service people were very nice and well-mannered but it took a very long time standing in line waiting as they prepare your order.
