Wish my daughter and I had tried the drinks before we left. I would’ve asked for money back. Both drinks did not taste well at all. The lavender tasted nothing like lavender and the Taro was watered down.

The fruit flavored drinks taste like medicine. My kids couldn't finish theirs. We used to love this place before ownership changed. The boba is not fresh and difficult to chew. I've tried it 3 times since ownership changed and no improvement. Sadly I don't think we will be back.

This place is so cute and a convenient location. However, my drink wasn't that great. Also, customer service could be better. Sat for several minutes seeing people come and go, so they have customers. Two workers and no welcome when you come in and no words when you leave. It's so small that customer service is so important to keep people coming back. Drinks can't be mediocre when your customer service also isn't that great. It's a small town and there is the potential for regular customers. Welcome people and if they're having a hard time deciding, ask if they have questions about the menu. I hope new owners are reading these comments on ways to improve.

This place is decent. They didn’t have very fresh boba the day I went, so that could be a different experience for you. I ordered something new, “Coconut” flavor with boba and it was not good at all. I had to buy another immediately after. Got the usual Thai tea and it was much better, but not superb. the atmosphere is nice, the usual boba spot

I had been wanting to try this place out since it's so close to my job and I've followed them since they popped on my radar during covid. On my first day there I asked for a drink that's not even on the menu anymore, then spill it all in my car??♀️. The ladies inside were so nice through all my struggles and made me a new drink. Drinks were delicious!! Definitely going to go back.

Very nice decor and atmosphere, average service, but the drinks are disappointing, especially considering how good they used to be. I got a taro tea and a Thai tea and tossed both after a sip because of the taste. The drinks were watery and clearly poor quality. The taste is comparable to non-food liquids.

Way overstaffed. I was the only person in the place. At least 5-6 girls standing around at the register. Manager is near by and doesn't seem to have an issue with it. It's quite intimidating. I asked for a specific drink and one girl seems clueless. Drink tasted horrible.

Im a long-time moomoocha lover, I have been going for the last two years. When I heard that their parent company is changing, I was scared of the quality of the boba changing. When I tried the new boba, my fears have came true. Originally, with the old recipe, the boba was drenched in delicious brown syrup. The classic Moomoocha was the perfect mix of sweetness and milk. As of trying the new recipe, the boba tastes as though it was sitting in water or no syrup ( which I have tried before and can taste a difference.) The classic was very bitter and almost has no taste. I feel what gave the old company such a advantage over taste was the drink being drenched in the syrup. I ordered a dessert item, which can be heated up. Although I don’t necessarily blame workers for quality of time, especially in fast food environments, I was the only person in the establishment and they forgot my item. I would not personally consider that with my rating, more so that quality of the items. :)

Boba and snacks are pretty good but there’s a sign at the cashier’s that says something along the lines of “Please let us know if you want bubbles, we are not mind readers.” A little passive aggressive don’t you think?

boba was good, super weird energy from the cashiers, was dead silent in there except for them snickering and laughing quietly while we looked at the menu, not very friendly, didn’t say anything other than total. seeing other reviews mention the same thing, probably won’t return.
