very disappointed with my order from here tonight. Ordered two kids meals and they refused to give me the side Oreos and drinks that it stated it came with. The steak in my kids meal was burnt and had about 5 tiny pieces and the chicken kids meal also had very little chicken in it. Very unsatisfied and will not be eating here again.

Do not order from here. I spent $20 steak and shrimp (extra sauce and extra vegetables) and this is what was delivered. Hardly any meat. I called and told the manager, he said we put the same amount in every tray. I said I can come in and show the portion and he said you probably already ate some. Disgusting customer service.

I do not recommend this place. I’ll explain why. I ordered the steak hibachi, the miso soup, and the king crab Rangoon’s. To start off with I wanted to try the miso soup. It smelled really good so I was excited and hopeful, even though I tried to cool it down; They should have a warning before hand, Because it was scolding hot and burnt the tip of my tongue. I was unable to try and taste it afterwards because it was extremely hot the remaining time I was there. Next we have the hibachi steak: the rice was Bland, dry, and burnt. The steak pieces were so small and so few that if I were to take every piece out, it would barely fill 2 tablespoons. The meat was dry and flavorless. The vegetables were undercooked and smelled/tasted of old cooking oil. None of it was enjoyable even if you added the Yum Yum sauce, which they make and mostly tasted like mayonnaise. Lastly, I have the king crab raccoons. I was extremely helpful because they looked really crispy, and they looked stuffed which most places I feel lack. I was disappointed after biting into it because it just felt like I was eating flavorless warm cream cheese. The guy at the front desk seemed nice enough But it felt like I was bothersome when I ordered everything so it didn’t make for a comfortable experience . The bathroom was dirty, and the table we sat at was sticky. Overall, if you haven’t got it from what I wrote, I was extremely disappointed.

this was te worse hibachi i ever had i got shrimp and scallops sabo i got ramen noodles that where almost tasteless scallops that where raw and what i can only consider shrimp right from the can the best part of my meal was the fountain drink what a disappointment how they have such a good rating makes me think that they must be rating them self your better off going to a cheap buffet and having hibachi there

Twice I’ve come here and have been overcharged. This time I called my in order the phone and was quoted 16.99 plus tax. I get there to pay and was charged an extra 3.00…total was 21.64 after tax. Was charged for extra meat twice. No attempt to correct it.

This is my hibachi spot, I go nearly every Sunday. The food is amazing and the owners are super sweet. Just wanted to take the time to give them a good review cause it's the best in the area. The portions are fine, all these reviews with portion complaints are crazy. I'm the only one to ever clear my plate out of my family of five and I'm a 265lb man. The wife and kids get 2 meals out of it every time. Food is great, portions are great.
