10/10 experience with them every single time. I've had their takeout for a few years now and they're ALWAYS super fast. I've had times where I've asked for no veggies and they've given extra rice to make up for it. They could add a bit more meat but honestly, that's the expensive part and in this economy, I understand rationing it out.

I wasn’t going to do this, because I know things happen. All I wanted them to do is acknowledged that they made a mistake. Instead they are telling me that I put a paper towel or whatever it is in my own food. Clearly I didn’t. So they tell me they are not going to give me my money back. So then I tell them I will call the health department no problem. It wasn’t about the money it was the principal of the thing. Don’t tell me I am lying. Why would I have eaten my food? That’s what I bought it for right?

I used to love their soba but it also used to taste good. I always got veggie soba and it would have nice thick noodles and lots of veggies. Now it's what looks like dry spaghetti or ramen noodles and broccoli. My husband gets hibachi but even that was skimpy today. I don't think I would order Herr again. It's just not worth my money for the taste.

13 dollars for a chicken and vegetable entree and it was dry cold no flavor barely any meat in the chicken entree. White sauce is watery. Bland rice and 2.50 for a fountain drink. Never will

Don’t waste your money. Food arrived over-cooked, burnt, and dry.
For the price this is not worth it. Got steak and shrimp but I only got a small amount of each. Half the container is white rice, cause they didn’t even offer fried rice. When I opened the box o thought it was a veggie plate cause I barely saw any of the proteins I ordered. I would rather go to Sakura 8 but they are closed on Mondays ?. At least the restaurant was clean.

The food is tasty and fresh. I always look at sanitation ratings and they had a higher score. Can't remember if it was a 97 or 99. Either way, that's good for me. I believe you will enjoy the food here. I just had the hibachi veggies and rice. My friend had the chicken, veggies, and rice. We both enjoyed our food plus there was enough for a second meal.
This restaurant has good food but frequently cancels orders on both DoorDash and GrubHub. Very unfortunate.

If I could give this restaurant no stars I would. I paid $26 for two meals and got it home it was burnt, dry, and just horrible!! I am upset because I live 25 minutes away and have to throw my hard-earned money away. This is ridiculous and I will NEVER eat here again.
Will never return here again I ordered steak and chicken and got a total of 7 pieces of meat on the plate 4 pieces of steak and 3 pieces of chicken cut up not worth $14 also when I went back in to complain about it and got called a liar by the older oriental lady assuming I ate the chicken or meat lol before I brung it back into the restaurant also showing me the the very small portons they cook for the meal , the meat "protein" looked like a size of a chicken and steak swiss roll
