The waitress mischarged me for several things. Totaling an extra $23 including the tax.
My steak was over cooked. My two daughters got the kids sirloin and 30% was inedible due to just poor cuts. They brought the entire meal except the drinks at once bread, salad, steak, appetizers. I didn't get a drink until I was already eating my meal.

Seemed like an off day.

Meh, just not the best one we’ve been to. The order took longer than expected and then came out barely warm🤷🏽‍♂️

Unfortunately, had some items missing from my Togo order. When I walked in to asked about it, Nathan sprung to action, mid-bite during his break. He quickly retrieved my missing items and some honey butter! Very good standard of service.

We had a great time here! Terry was our server and she was amazing! Super attentive and communication on when food/drinks would be out was top notch as well. All the staff and management were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

We actually did not eat as the sanitation score was only 92 so we left. I can’t take any chances with food since a recent surgery.

I’ve been to outback a bunch of times in my life and the steaks are good, but I decided to change it up this go around by getting a fish entree. I got the Toowoomba Salmon. Which I don’t typically go out of my way for salmon, but I was craving it. It was cooked well, it was tasty but it didn’t blow my mind, the seasoned mushrooms were great and then the creamy creole sauce was the added touch that made the dish good. I also got an order of bloomin onions, which are always a go to when it comes to their appetizers.

It's been a long time since I've been to an Outback steakhouse, and sadly this one missed the mark in Garner. I had high hopes of the flavor and well cooked steaks this chain is known for.... Both my husband and I ordered a ribeye and filet mignon meal cooked medium rare, respectively. His came out well done, mine was blue/barely cooked. I tried out their new chimichurri filet mignon dish with a baked potato and seasonal veggies, and it all lacked in flavor...just soaked in butter with 0 seasoning, the carrot strings were almost inedible with how saturated in oil they turned out. He's repurposing his overdone steak for leftovers somehow since we paid a decent amount for our meals, I'm hoping reheating mine will get it closer to the cook level I requested. In the beginning, I ordered a water with my alcoholic beverage as soon as the waitress took our order, never got the water. The table was set without silverware, after we got our bread and appetizer, and waitress wasn't very attentive, so it felt like a burden to ask for simple things that ended up coming around 10+ minutes later.
For the amount that we paid, I would've really hoped for a better tasting meal. We are not averse to the benefits of salt and butter in our food, just to be clear... but now, 20 minutes later, we're both feeling upset stomachs from the saturated, underwhelming buyers remorse of the meal we barely ate half of before calling it quits.
Little nervous that the quality has decreased so much in the last couple of years of going to this place I used to really enjoy. Probably going to venture elsewhere next time we want a good steakhouse. Buyer beware of what you ask for... The pictures do not reflect the actual dish you get.

Food was great the process of getting a table and seeing a server was horrible, the entire experience took over 2 hours. Service was terrible. Food was as good as expected. Gluten-free underanding was decent but not exceptional.

They never seem to remember to bring out my Brussel sprouts until I am done eating. The prices keep going up and the portions keep going down but the food is usually good. The baked potato soup was not fitting.

Front door was locked, due to key missing. Friendly staff. Just a few customers during lunch and the service was a little slow considering. Food was hot and good.

We've always enjoyed our trips to Outback.
Busy night on Christmas Eve, but the staff was taking it in stride.
