Well, it was dirty to the point of not really wanting to eat there. The food was okay, as in meh its food. There was food on the ground, under shelves, etc. Could have been just this location. I've been to other locations that were at least cleaner. Makes one wonder about how often they get visited by the county. But the coffee was good.

Purchased two chicken noodle soup bowls today. After getting back home I open the soups to realized it’s only broth with two noodles in each. Iv never received a soup this poorly. I contacted the store and spoke with Brianna the manager about what has occurred. She stated she could not provide me with a refund over the phone and I had to inconveniently drive 20 minutes back to the store for a refund. She also stated that there was nothing as a manager that she could provide additionally to me for this inconvenience. This took up almost an hour out of my lunch day and when I come back to return the broth she rolls her eyes while providing the refund. Management procedure and further training needs to be provided at this location.

Panera NO-Bread! That's what the name should be 😔. I am continually amazed how a store with BREAD in it's name is always out of bread!!!! So disappointing. Seriously. This is a common problem experienced at many locations, not just this one & different states!! It was not even close to closing time or late at night -- it was dinner time! Yet, out of bread bowls. They did have baguettes but they were cold in the middle & looked like they needed to be warmed in the oven.
In addition to the bread shortage, the soup did not seem right/not like I had it last time. The chicken and rice soup was too thick and there were pieces of the skin that forms on top of cream soups in the soup. It was not appetizing so I did not eat it. It appears that the soup was not properly diluted with water when originally opened and /or had sat so long that too much water evaporated from it causing it to thicken and be mushy with pieces of skin on top that then get stirred in when ladelling.
When you go to a place for a specific meal and don't get what you are expecting, it's disappointing. Swing and a miss ... Again.... Panera. 😕
Pros - they had large cups for Sip Club & nice seat by the fire place.

Very long wait at drive thru. Asked for begals to be heavy toasted and butter, once I received my food it was lightly toasted, and because of the wait , cold. They also gave me 15 frozen butters and once I attempted to put the butter on these not fresh begals I discovered long black hair on same. Disgusting. Trying to figure out how to post Pic

i’m from st. louis and in st. louis panera is called st. louis bread co so imagine my surprise when i move to nc and its not called that here.. i said eh ok i fell in love with the cinnamon crunch bagel when i was a kid and they got em here so oh well panera it is.
well picture this.
you’re sitting in bed at 11pm and you say man i could really go for a cinnamon crunch bagel and your husband says put an order in for 6:45am and i’ll pick some up for you before work. lovely. good man. ok so you wake up before your toddler for once in your life because you’re so excited for your cinnamon crunch bagel. (you ordered 4) imagine your crushing disappointment when there is not a single crunch on any of the bagels, and but a whisper of cinnamon. on all 4. now, i get it, i’ve worked in the service industry… it’s 6am and you get an order and you think im just gonna give them the worst ones… but the thing is…. no crunch. none. :(.. also now imagine all of this happens to you but you’re also pregnant.
that was my morning. i’m not mad just disappointed. i’m sure the staff is lovely. i’m sure it’s a great location. just disappointed.

Multiple complaints unfortunately. Got handed a spoon with someone’s food on it, spoon was dirty. My order was made incorrectly. Didn’t buzz me when the food was remade. So food was warm. There was barely any clean dishes to use. Ruined my appetite had to take it home

Quite disappointed with the drive through. Long wait, and the attendant didn't know how to process a coupon and charged me for the order. The manager had to make the correction which slowed the drive through line even more.

Ordered via mobile twice in the same week and each time my order was not modified although my modification cost me extra. First time I complained and got a refund but the second time I just didn’t care enough and because I don’t see myself eating at Panera anymore.
