I love the convenient drive thru to pick up online orders. But my macaroni & cheese had a lot of cold spots through it. And paying nearly $9 for a bowl, I mistakenly expected better than poorly microwaved mac. I won't be returning, its too expensive for a single meal for the quality to be so unreliable.

Unless you want a cold breakfast sandwich, you might want to bring a pocket warmer or microwave. Breakfast sandwiches were cold. Pastry is cold and the only thing warm is the dinning area.

Floor in front of drink machine was soaking wet. There were no lids for medium size drinks. Ladies restroom had no toilet tissue.

I sat in drive-through for over 25 minutes while people talk and laughed and joked at the window not doing their job. Absolutely ridiculous for a new restaurant. Love Panera bread but if this is the service that you get here will never come to this location again management really needs to dial in their people

Took my grandsons here for lunch and everything was ready quickly and tasted delicious. I tried the chicken cranberry walnut salad sandwich and it was very good

I noticed the last time I was there that the bread is smaller but the prices are higher. My salad had stale wanton. But I do love the flavors in there food
Stopped to grab something quick and didn't want anything greasy. There is a sweet young lady with pink hair that took my order. She was friendly and had such a kind spirit that I know will take her far. Fast food is not easy. Customers aren't always nice. I told her to hang in there. This is temporary.

Also the front person who helped placing the order missed all sandwiches avacdo. Then the manager said she can't put 🥑 unless she charge us again. That's their fault not ours.

Came here th last 5 weeks. Food was always hit or miss. Had 5 different salads everyone the salad was dark green/yellow and filled with stem pieces. The sandwiches were fine, the bakery items were fine too. When asking for a refund I was told the manager could not be found and they could not help. There is another panera near white oak, go to that one. It's an extra two miles.

I had a really great encounter with one of the workers today. I believe Cherry is relatively new to the cafe but she has the sweetest soul. I was so happy after our enthusiastic interaction at the coffee station. She has a super warming and inviting personality that leaves a lasting impression. I hope the rest of the team recognizes that valuable quality in her as well.
