Came here th last 5 weeks. Food was always hit or miss. Had 5 different salads everyone the salad was dark green/yellow and filled with stem pieces. The sandwiches were fine, the bakery items were fine too. When asking for a refund I was told the manager could not be found and they could not help. There is another panera near white oak, go to that one. It's an extra two miles.

I had a really great encounter with one of the workers today. I believe Cherry is relatively new to the cafe but she has the sweetest soul. I was so happy after our enthusiastic interaction at the coffee station. She has a super warming and inviting personality that leaves a lasting impression. I hope the rest of the team recognizes that valuable quality in her as well.

I am done with this place! These people apparently cannot read an order. I received a tiny ramekin of soup instead of the soup and bread bowl FULL SIZED I ordered. Not only that UBER EATS IS IN ON THE SCAM. THEY GAVE ME A $5 CREDIT FOR A MISSING $13 ORDER. This is the craziest thing I’ve ever seen!
I went to get the grain bowl and when I got to the speaker in the drive thru the grain bowls are on the menu but they don't offer them anymore. Update your menu! I ended up stuck behind 2 cars waiting to leave. That is just bad business Panera!

No croissant, no skim milk, out of options for bagels? It's Saturday. Dont waste your time. Clearly the manager/owner doesn't give a crap. Stay away.

Drove 25 minutes bc I was craving panera bread only to get home and find they forgot to put chicken in my chicken caeser salad.. checked the receipt, it was on there. Major let down, I know which branch I wont be going back to. Damnit!

I personally want to thank the young lady who waited on us today. GABRIELLE was a wonderful asset to your company. I am a Christian and i noticed her small descreet message by the register. Not once did she push any of her message on us. It absolutely warmed my heart and you should be pleased to have a young lady who has such a powerful impact on those who love the Lord. We all should be free to profess our faith in Christ as all other religions get to do. She is a blessing to your company and I pray you see that.

They have their chicken salad back but they literally only put a teaspoon of it on my sandwich! What a rip off. When I got home and opened my sandwich I was upset that they were so stingy with the chicken salad yet the price is crazy! They need to do better.
