Look. This is a good Papa Johns. The food comes fast, it's the right order, they're friendly.
But good God. Learn how to cut a pizza. It is just four straight lines. I don't know what it is but literally every pizza I have gotten is cut in bizarrely different sizes slices. The whole point of a pizza is to have equal sized slices. I'm not trying to ratio my pizza here.

I ordered the pizza on app at 730pm came to place at 8 mgr said it would be 30 so I waited the line was full so I asked at 824 how much longer mgr rudely called me boo boo which is not my name then proceeded to try and embarrass me in front of customers? Look I told you 30 minutes? So I waited patiently. Then at 855 pm I asked again mgr told me if she could get a moment she could make my pizza? Long story short I got my pizza at 915pm. My thing is you don’t have to belittle or embarrassed your customers to get your point across. I had made my decision to take a 6 month break from that establishment papa John’s garner. I’m grown and I pay money for what I want and what I wanted the. Was my pizza without being embarrassed !!!!!!

The manager here is a total tool. When I picked up an order she was rude as hell and snapped at me. I didn’t know it was the manager, I called with the complaint and it turns out, she was the one it was about so she hung up on me. I was treated so bad that I am currently contacting the regional manager Phillip as we speak. If you are a local, stay clear of this location!!!

So as per all the other comments I am now finding out about, my pizza dough was raw. Quite frankly I should be sueing since this is an ongoing issue, you can’t sit there and continuously serve your customers raw food. Raw pizza dough can give people E. Coli. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

They will not stand behind there product. Even tho the cinnamon pulls are premade I got one so underdone it made my family sick. The bowl looked like a small hand had plopped a bunch of goo in the small spot of the bowl then burned it. The two pizzas I got for the kids the dough was liquid and very underdone. For four starving teenage kids that worked in the yard all day to grab grain bread and make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that they had for lunch again because the food was not edible and all I got was excuses and a very sarcastic apology and dead air was ridiculous and unacceptable. Marco's is always the same good fast and no hassles ordering. Much better pizza hands down. This is three strikes out. Call Marco's always be satisfied and the one time years ago I had a problem with delivery not the food was instantly given a very satisfying outcome. Try some of our local cuisine. Friendly great food fast and appreciates your business. They don't just put it on a conveyor belt send it through by drones that plop it in a box and you get what you get and they don't give a flip about how you feel. Just take your money. Let's stop feeding them endlessly taking whatever they send us like it or not we just keep coming back. Give the local guys a chance.

The pizza was great, but the service was extra special! We forgot to add pepperoni to our pizza order and the employee (Mickie) was very friendly and flexible with changing our order. We are ONLY coming to this location moving forward. It’s the little things.

All I can say ordering delivery from this place was the worst experience ever. I had not ordered from the Papa John's location in a couple of years. I was told initially my pizza would be delivered in 30 to 40 minutes. I waited 2.5 hours before I finally received my pizza, and it wasn't worth the wait. After this experience I will never order from this location again.
Their chicken Alfredo bowl acceded my expectations!! Even tho smaller portion still is Way better than dominoes chicken Alfredo bowl so much flavorrr ? the wings are also more meatier than dominoes! only downside is I live 5 minutes from the store and it took well over an hour to receive my order

This Papa Johns gave the worst service I’ve ever had. We ordered Papa Johns through THEIR website and a doordasher comes to the door requesting us to pay cash though we did card. Since when does doordash even accept cash?! Then we call and they refuse to do anything about it. So we then try to give them the benefit of the doubt and place a pickup order. We received the notification the order was baking, then ready. We arrive at the restaurant and they claim to not have our order at all. We show them proof and they said it was never put in and offer no sympathy for the horrible service we received not once, but twice! As we are waiting for our CARRY OUT ORDER (clearly started on our receipt, we get a call from a doordasher AGAIN claiming he is having trouble finding the address?!? I’m not sure what is going on with this Papa Johns but I DO NOT recommend ordering from here. It’s a shame! I have never wrote a bad review before but after experiencing this I would want to warn people what may happen to then if ordering from here. SMH!

Apparently Papa John’s has decided to use door dash for third party delivery. Not being a door dash user I didn’t realize the standard is to leave unsealed food on the ground without bothering to ring the doorbell. I was informed by the manager this unsanitary practice is normal (did I mention none of the boxes were sealed) and was told to have a good night. If the norm is to serve insects with the food they’ve lost me as a customer. Papa John’s should indicate clearly on their site how food will be delivered so the consumer can make an informed choice before ordering!
