Súper unorganized I went in and tried to place in order inside the store and apparently, my order couldn’t be due to the manager saying her was on vacation and said he didn’t know what specials the store had ! So I ended ordering online which is no issue but this situation didn’t make no sense! Poor customer service

Ordered 2 -16 piece wings online , wings were ok asked to speak with the manager reason the DoorDash idiot placed my food 🥘 on the ground the phone operator told me I had to wait 30 minutes to speak with him/ her. With that being said I will never ordered from this company again usually ordered around $100-$120 a month. Also they rob you by adding a tip without your consent with that idiot DoorDash driver which they will not refund. Papa John sucks💯💯

In this place, very bad service. There is only one person working and no one helps him. And he has many orders. I think that is not fair. They did not serve me properly. I thought it was fast food.

Today I went in to get some pizza.Our church is next to this store & we have been decorating for VBS and has some little kids that were getting hungry. Staff cut our slices small, provided plates and napkins and then provided a sweet Papa John coloring book too. This staff is very caring and sweet. Pizza was good too!! We will be back to order again.
