They don't get the food right I ordered a double order of cheese Stix and it was the garlic 2 cheese it tasted the same a a regular cheese Stix never got what I ordered at all barley any cheese on it It was gross and my wife ordered a thin crust chicken with extra cheese and never got it this is the second time our food was messed up I can use my 42.00 some where's else next time since they can't get nothing right

Horrible experience. We went there on Friday, January 31st to get 2 stuff crust pizzas. We wanted extra sauce on it, and when we saw the pizza, we lifted up the cheese and there was no sauce whatsoever. When we brought it up to the staff/manager, he argued with us about it. He tried to get us to get extra sauce cups on the side when that’s not what we wanted. After 5 minutes of arguing back and forth he finally told the staff to remake the pizzas. Then while the pizzas were being made, a white girl in the back said “if these guys don’t like this pizza this time, i’m going to end up on a karen compilation video, because i’m going to yell at them”. What kind of people work here? Horrible customer service, horrible staff. Will never go back here.

Placed an order and called to let store know my phone was cold and not made right the young manger blamed Uber eats and gave me a credit for extra cheese. My food is not edible. You will not get my business again. Waste of money

The wings are priced beyond their value and the fact that you have to pay for ranch is outrageous

The Honey BBQ Boneless Wings in my Hut Box one was large and the others were tiny. I also paid $1.33 for ranch dipping sauce and only got 2 one ounce containers that are .30 cents each at McDonalds to show a competitive comparison. Pan pizza included in my Hut Box and the Roasted Garlic Sticks were both fresh and delicious!!

New York would be mortified if they knew you were using their name as the style of this Pizza. $29.00 for a glorified tortilla without the extra cheese I asked and paid for.

Manager sent me a coupon for a free cheese pizza. Why would I take a chance on wasting another meal? Family all agreed, no thank you...you had your chance.
Allow me to suggest-strongly!- that you take 20 extra steps, spend less money and walk across the parking lot to get some REALLY great fresh pizza!!

My pizza was very soggy and breadstiks were over cooked

Greatly disappointed in what Pizza Hut was, vs. now. No service to your table, charge for mozzarella cheese and red pepper in packets yet expect a tip during payment. No plates during dine in. Well done was not well done.
They did give you napkins at no charge.
Tipping is over rated for take out service at a diner in restaurant! Fountain machine did not work.
Cashier was the only pleasant experience.

Got the 5 topping pizza and cheese sticks. Both were okay. Their was to much bread. So the ratio was not good. Overall kind of good. Probably won’t get again. Nice staff

I ordered my pizza for delivery, and then received a text that my order was being delivered by Door Dash. Because it was a non-Pizza Hut delivery, they didn’t have one of those thermal zip containers that keep the pizza hot, and it arrived late and cold. Please don’t substitute third party delivery instead of hiring your own staff.

Absolutely terrible service, had to wait 2 hours to pick up my order. Which by the way, they gave off to another person before me which is why I had to wait, only to not understand what "I want my money back" so I got store credit, never coming back

I'm really getting sick of eating at these restaurants and spending my earn hard money on some disappointment. $60.00 I spent here last night to get some burnt pizza, cheese sticks with NO Marinara sauce, and chicken wings which was supposed to been honey barbecue which didn't taste like it and no ranch dressing with them. I'm done eating here for good and that's a shame because I love pizza hut and it was a first job back in my hometown ? very sad and get it together y'all.

What a work of art. Let’s dowse this thing in basil/oregano, just put toppings on two slices, and then stuff it into the smallest box. Genius guys.
