My fiance and I were visiting from out of town and decided to try this place. The girls working were not friendly, had no recommendations after saying we had never been there before and the smoothie tasted like watered down fruit. I think the one who made it knew because after handing it to us, she stepped back and stared from a distance while we tried it. I wouldn’t recommend this place as I’ve had better smoothies elsewhere.

Not a fancy joint by any means but the smoothies are consistently delicious. The staff are always friendly and you have your order in mere seconds. Definitely pop in after your workout at Planet Fitness or grocery trip to Lowe’s foods.

I love local small businesses where the owners and staff know the customers and care about the community. On top of that, healthy food at reasonable prices and a nice place to sit and visit with friends makes this a great part of our Garner neighborhood. Customers engage with each other like a real neighborhood gathering place. And peanut butter classic, oatmeal raisin cookie, and carrot cake smoothies , yum! Or green goddess with ginger if I am trying to be extra healthy and still have great flavors.

I recently visited this location I ordered the ICE Banana Berry Bowl. Unfortunately, I found it unsatisfactory. I requested to exchange it for something of lesser value, such as a bagel. However, the staff informed me that I would need to pay for the bagel separately. In my past experiences at other restaurants, if a dish doesn't meet expectations, an exchange is usually accommodated without additional charges.
This rigid policy left me feeling like I spent $27 on a single bagel. It's disappointing that this restaurant couldn't offer a more flexible approach to customer satisfaction. This experience suggests that the establishment might be very tight on funds, leading to a lack of accommodation for their patrons. I have attached a picture of my $27 bagel this is my honest review

On days I go for long runs at lake benson, I come here and get the banana chia smoothie, it is so good and i feel great after! I bring my kids in with me and I let me 3 year old color in the coloring book while we wait, I think it's so nice that that's offered. The cold pressed juices are so refreshing also. Everyone is so friendly!

I didn't even know this place existed until I recently had to take a trip out this way. I am so glad I decided to try it. I loved the smoothie I got, and thought the price was fair. I also really liked the service, very genuinely friendly and efficient.
