My fiance and I were visiting from out of town and decided to try this place. The girls working were not friendly, had no recommendations after saying we had never been there before and the smoothie tasted like watered down fruit. I think the one who made it knew because after handing it to us, she stepped back and stared from a distance while we tried it. I wouldn’t recommend this place as I’ve had better smoothies elsewhere.

Not a fancy joint by any means but the smoothies are consistently delicious. The staff are always friendly and you have your order in mere seconds. Definitely pop in after your workout at Planet Fitness or grocery trip to Lowe’s foods.

I love local small businesses where the owners and staff know the customers and care about the community. On top of that, healthy food at reasonable prices and a nice place to sit and visit with friends makes this a great part of our Garner neighborhood. Customers engage with each other like a real neighborhood gathering place. And peanut butter classic, oatmeal raisin cookie, and carrot cake smoothies , yum! Or green goddess with ginger if I am trying to be extra healthy and still have great flavors.
