Over priced, low quality. It won’t be long before this chain files for bankruptcy.

Hope the stupid 3 dollar entertain fee is worth it. Super scummy you put a tablet in front of kids with a pop up that charges. I will never come here again.

I didn't realize how kid-friendly Red Robin was!! We loved it, our kids loved it!! It helped that we had an amazing waitress, Elle. The food was amazing and my kid ate her WHOLE burger it was so good.
Kid-friendliness: The best! They literally have towers of balloons for your child to grab one (or two 😉). Toddlers always seem to want something in each hand. And Red Robin had plenty.

First, my waitress walked up to greet us and immediately started touching my baby's head, causing him to start screaming. She then took our orders, only stopping by one time after our food arrived. I ordered a bar drink and more fries when my food was brought. While I was waiting for the asked for items, she proceeded to sit down at another table of customers and chit chat. I was waiting for at least 20 minutes at that point. I saw her going to all of her tables, yet skipping us. I finished my meal, as did everyone at my table. Never received what I had asked for. Then I had to find the hostess to find my waitress so I could have the check fixed, as we were charged. Still didn't see her, so I had to flag down another waitress for a box. My waitress finally returned when I was in the bathroom. She sat in the booth with my spouse and offered to pour my alcoholic drink into a to go cup, even though "I'm not supposed to" and "I forgot about it". I didn't see her again til we were walking out the door. I have been to this location quite a few times over the years and it's usually a good experience. This was the worst experience I've ever had there. The food was great. This waitress needs to be retrained.

How can you say The "FREE" Birthday Burger is FREE when we have to spend $4.99 to get it. Paying any price to receive any item is NOT free. The burgers and fries are great and the service is good, why not make the birthday gift a true birthday GIFT.

I have been craving a good juicy burger. Me and my husband always order the Whiskey River BBQ burgers, no pink. They are normally juicy and you have drippings in your plate. Not this last time (visited on a Friday night in March). The burger was cooked to my liking but it was dry. The french fries were good as always. Food was hot and came out quick. Service was 5 star. We were actually seated pretty quick for a Friday night at 5:30. We'll be back but maybe ordering something else or requesting extra sauce.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, available in parking and dining.

6 adults 5 kids walk in at 9:00 on a Friday night only to be told it's gonna be a 40 minute wait. As there was plenty of open tables to seat our party, the manager was very unapologetic about the situation. His excuse was that he already made his cuts for the night and that his staff couldn't handle an 11 top at the moment. Not good customer service at all.
Good food. Keep a close eye on your bill to be sure it's accurate.

ordered a take out burger. got a dry burnt burger that was on the grill for hours. they probably figured it was better to sell it rather then throw it away. Never go their again I paid for a expensive burger and got a inedible burger. I threw it away

Food was okay. Chicken fingers and onion rings were oily. Burger was like warm. Restaurant looked dingy/dirty. Food took a long time to get out of the kitchen. The server was great. Informed us of the kitchen delay. Attentive without being intrusive and kept drinks refilled.

Some of the employees are very rude. They talk over you when you are trying to put in for a table and
tell the hostest how many people are in your party. The same individual was very loud while walking in and out of the kitchen had a problem with something that she was not happy about. She was probably about 5 foot tall and had a bunch of braids. Thankfully, she was not her waitress. It is a bit uncomfortable to sit at the bar. There is nowhere for your feet to rest on the side of the bar other than on the chair. It eventually cuts your circulation to your legs and makes them go numb.

I’ve enjoyed dining at this Red Robin location many times, but my visit on November 29th at 12:30 was disappointing. Despite the parking lot and dining area being uncrowded, the hostess refused to seat my family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) at a booth, claiming it wasn’t allowed. When we requested a high chair for the end of the booth, she also denied that, though we later saw a table with 5 people and a high chair at a booth. As we were being seated, another staff member said they were out of high chairs altogether. Frustrated, we left to eat elsewhere. I hope this was an isolated issue and that staff receives proper training.

When we arrived hostess said would be 30 minute wait. We asked could we sit at bar an was told closed. After 10 minutes we walked up to bartender an asked could we sit at bar and she said sure. Need better communication with staff. Bartender was excellent.

Always a great time when I take my kids.
Kid-friendliness: My kids are well behaved, but sometimes can be loud with having fun. Never feel pressured here.

I would not return to Red Robin in Garner or to Red Robin as a whole. For our experience the price of a burger alone was ridiculously high. It is disheartening that places like Red Robin make an allergy as almost a hinderance in charging an enormous up charge for a Gluten Free Bun. Almost 3 dollars just for the bun, WOW I am sure it costs cents on the dollar for this corporation. The burger itself was absolutely nothing special in comparison to other burger joints and for the cost, definitely not worth it. We paid about 17 dollars and some change for a small burger with a tomato and lettuce on it with a Gluten Free bun, What a rip off. The fries we received with the order we not even Luke warm and we had to ask for hot fresh fries to be brought out. 10 minutes later, and half way through the meal additional fries were brought out. Our dinner experience here was less than satisfactory and will NOT return to Red Robin as a whole.
