I love Ruby Tuesdays. So many have closed but when I saw this one, no brainer, turned in. It was during a part of the day I knew it wouldn't be crowed.
Walked in and the host meet us with a smile and hello. Waitress was awesome and sweet, and we never had an empty glass!
It appeared a few tables had not been picked up and were not picked until we were served, however, it did not appear to be a full staff. The place was clean and quiet and I enjoyed my soup and salad.
Salad bar was great but not as stocked as I remembered.
Potato soup was yummy, hot and hit the spot!
So glad to find a Rubys!

I order a whole rack of ribs for delivery. Half a rack was die. But the other half was burned and could not be eaten. I also order loaded fries with no scallions but they had scallions on top anyway.

My parents and I dined at the Ruby Tuesday in Garner. Heather took care of us. She was amazing!!! I can't say enough good things about this beautiful young lady inside and out. We can't wait to go back and order our favorite, the Hickory Bourbon Salmon. Of course, we will request Heather!

Today's dinner was disappointing. The booth seats need filling. The wires were very uncomfortable. The order was taken at 6:13 and the food on the table at 7:00pm. My T bone steak ordered was medium well and came out well done and rubbery. The zucchini came later?? Baked potato was the size of an avocado. Manager said they were short of help. 3 people called out. No apologies offered. However she did offer a coupon on the cost. Worst experience. Service was not warm nor friendly. Won't be back no time soon.

The worst ribeye I have ever had.It was so dry,no flavor,tough.I asked for medium ,but was told that because it was 6oz and sliced very thin that a medium pink looks more done with no pink in center? What in the world?Our family will never step foot in any Ruby Tuesdays ever again!!!!!

I had a great experience at the Ruby Tuesday located at 40/42 in Garner North Carolina . The whole staff was great. Noel the manger and Autumn the bartender really make the customers feel welcome . The whole time they made sure everything was was good and they really made me feel like I was at home. The really engage with their customers. Will definitely be back soon for the awesome service!

Dear Ruby Tuesday Management,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the experience I had at your Garner, NC location on August 19th. As a long-time customer who has always enjoyed your food and service, I was frustrated by the lack of accommodation and professionalism I encountered.
At approximately 9:30 PM, I called to place a to-go order. The employee who answered informed me that after 9:00 PM, phone orders were not accepted. When I explained that I live 20 minutes away and would be arriving before closing, she responded dismissively, citing past instances where customers failed to pick up their orders. She then suggested I place the order online instead. However, I explained that I planned to pay with cash, which is not an option for online orders the very reason I was calling.
I asked whether this policy was documented or posted anywhere, and she confirmed it was not. When I requested to speak with a manager (I believe her name was Noel), I was told the same thing, with little consideration for my situation. I explained that I was only ordering two Triple Play entrées with a coupon and that such cases should be handled individually rather than applying a blanket rule. Ultimately, I rushed to arrive by 9:57 PM, only to wait over 20 minutes for my food to be prepared.
What frustrated me most was not the wait itself, but the lack of flexibility, professionalism, and customer care throughout the process. As a paying customer who values Ruby Tuesday, I should feel welcomed and accommodated not dismissed.
I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be taken seriously and that customer service standards at this location will improve. Policies should be transparent and consistently applied, but also balanced with common sense and respect for loyal guests.
