My wife was sitting on the out side of the booth so she got my salad bar for me she did not order one. The watttress decided to charge for two salad bars . I explained to her that she did not get a salad bar she said I saw your wife go up there. Waitress and the manager would not take the charge off and were so rude . They ask me to leave the premises over a salad bar . I did go up for seconds this time I got it . I can see that it looks like we were stealing salad but this is not the way they should have handled it . She definitely never saw my wife eaten the salad.

I wanted to write about one of your servers, Nathan. My son, his fiancee, and I had dinner at the Ruby Tuesdays in Garner on April 6th, 2024. My son experienced a medical issue just after we ordered, and we were required to pack up our food to take home. Nathan was incredibly kind, efficient and helpful...incredibly so. He was very attentive and courteous prior to the issue, but even more so after. He helped me pack up the food and handle the check efficiently and compassionately, and I was extremely grateful. I plan to let the manager, Alex, know, but wanted to write a public commendation as well. Thank you, Nathan; we appreciate your excellent and compassionate service. Sharon

We REALLY wanted to like it. We used to go fairly regularly and it was always good but we just haven't been in years. We saw the new $9 meals that they advertise and that got us back.We decided to have their salad for our meal and everything just looked "tired" and not really fresh. We explained this to our server because we already had the lettuce on our plates, and explained that we still wanted to order a meal, we just didn't want the salad.We both got burgers and they were fine, not bad but overall the trip was disappointing. We probably won't go back

They have one; we've received it on prior visits, but we weren't given one this time. If you're on a budget or would like more budget-friendly kid meals, request a children's menu!Parking: Available parking lot with roughly 20+ spaces in front of the restaurant

Absolutely ridiculous service. Have tried twice to just have salad bar and told there was a 30 min plus wait when no one was even in the place. Hire some people or figure it out. Incompetent, lazy, rude workers as well.

HOW IS THIS PLACE EVEN OPEN STILL!!!! let's just say when we arrived we were seated originally in the dirtiest place in the restaurant. Food all over the floor an seats and table. I looked around and as the guy came to the table I asked to be moved an asked why we were seated at the dirtiest place. He claims they were short staffed and hadn't had a chance to clean the spot. But the crazy thing is they were empty and had plenty clean spots. So why sit us there first. Then he got our drinks and told us the new person just got there an would be over in a min to get our order. We waited OVER 30 MINS before we got up and walked out and wasn't even addressed not once including walking out. So much for spending my birthday at ruby Tuesdays. Yall just shut this place down its very sad at this point. (Side note this was our second bad experience here)

The restaurant is dirty and dusty. The salad bar was dirty and watery. I watched the older lady cleaning it and refilling it lick her fingers while refilling the salad dressing. I wanted to get up and leave but my husband didn't want me to show my butt. Last but not least. My son ate the cheese fries and a burger and got food poisoning. Was bent over in pain in the car all the way home, and has been going non stop to the bathroom since. I highly recommend just shutting this down. Its awful. And the staff don't care either because they know the owners obviously don't care either by the appearance of restaurant and quality of food. The bathrroms have serious plumbing issues too smell awful. My 6 year old daughter literally called the bathroom scary. Thank God me and my daughter didn't eat our food because we would probably be sick too.
