It was awful. There’s an older lady I believe is philipipno she was so rude to me. I waited nearly five minutes before she would acknowledge me. Then when I was placing my order she kept stopping talking to other people. I handed her my money and I never even got my change back she made faces like I was inferior.

I am very disappointed with this Smithfield’s everytime x2) I order through DoorDash from them they always give me fried pieces of chicken (legs,thighs,wings and breast) instead of what I ordered which be chicken tenders, in which I pay extra for plus they are always missing other items from my order. When I called the manager she did listen and was willing to accommodate me to make things right but all I ask is for the staff to please pay attention to the ticket orders.

Food was good, service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Out of the 5 people that i saw working, only ONE acknowledged the customers, and even that was after about 10 minutes of standing there. My order was wrong, i waited to get it fixed, once it was fixed it was thrown at me AND STILL WRONG, i waited even longer for the CORRECT order. Another cashier was arguing with a customer because the customer wanted a refund since she paid for her food and still hadn’t been served even before i got there, i mean it was total chaos!!!! This location probably won’t see me again ever though it’s the most convenient to my house and job, I’ll just go somewhere else if possible.
Highly recommend getting "double the shrimp". For me it's more like triple. The portions of fries are amazing and unlike McDonald's Smithfield French fries reheat well. If you like Eastern style BBQ come and get
Okay food sometimes, but much of it is too expensive for what it is. Not exactly a professionally managed location either. They frequently run out of stuff and fail to tell you when you order but instead wait until you get up to the pickup window! And don't go by there late unless you like overcooked dried up old food. Unprofessional at best! Corporate do not send me some condescending response or express your "disappointment in my review". Will not do the work for you!
