Second time this week this mama got a break to get a coffee in target and I was super pleased with the service! The barista was very kind and helpful with my order today as she was Monday! They were great for being so busy for the holidays and there being only two of them. I would say the only unpleasant part of my experience was the impatient holiday shoppers that I was surrounded by, but that is to be expected this time of year.

Pumpkin latte delicious. I got the iced one and a delicious warm chocolate chip cookie. Only suggestion would be a table to eat it at. Had to eat standing up in targets.

Customer Service all by itself it terrible here! They're NOT consistent, & are always out if cups and ingredients. The workers will see you standing there and no one's in line and they'll continue to carry on their personal conversations. I'll never return here after 2 back to back bad experiences. I urge you to avoid at all cost! Go to a stand alone store where they actually care about the customers and standards. A waste of time and money.

Let me start by just the walk in. SMH. I walked in, 3 baristas were working. 1 placed something on a shelf and walked right by me, didn’t speak. She walked behind the counter and started doing something else. Never acknowledged me standing there even though she saw me, walked by me, etc. Another was writing something down, she didn’t speak either. The 3rd one comes out, goes to the register that I’m STANDING in front of, he didn’t speak & started doing something. WOW!! I’m standing there for a while. No one acknowledged me. My daughter, who was waiting for me, asked me what was going on. I finally said, “I’m trying to buy a cup if anyone ever greets me and actually asks how they can help me.” After about 10 seconds, the guy asked if he could help me. I would have walked out if I really didn’t want the cup. I hadn’t seen it anywhere else. I didn’t order a beverage or food, just the cup. The customer service was terrible. Definitely not returning to this location. They all need training. Either do your job or find something that you don’t have to open your mouth or serve the public.

The food was terrible. Ordered a chocolate Java mint Frappuccino with NO COFFEE, had coffee and tasted oddly salty, not like the exact same drink I’ve had before at other Starbucks. I normally love this drink but I only took a few sips before throwing away.The service was terrible. Heard a lady complaining that she had gotten the wrong drink 2 times already and still got the wrong drink. Unbelievable.Vegetarian options: Most drinks are vegetarian.

I got the strawberry creme Frappuccino, didn’t try it til I drove off, the milk tasted sour. :( Probably not safe to drink
