The ladies making the drinks were very nice and did a great job.
I’ve visited this location a few times, and each time, I’m not greeted by the staff as I am at other locations. Even when it’s not busy, it takes almost 15 minutes to receive just two coffees. I recommend improving both the atmosphere and customer service at this location. After waiting 15 minutes, I found that the drink didn’t even taste good.

Microphone in drive thru is broken, you have to go inside.
Edit: 1 year later. Drive thru mic is still functioning poorly.
Edit 2 years later. I don’t go here often, but stopped in for a coffee. All I got was a cup of hot milk (ordered the cream cold brew) . Seriously wtf. As soon as I picked up the cup, I knew it wasn’t the “cold brew” but didn’t mind, when I got home, I didn’t taste any coffee and opened it up to find absolutely no coffee. (Dumped it into a clear glass to see it.)
This Starbucks opens super early - 4:30 am on weekdays - so it was great to find a spot early in the morning to do some laptop stuff before the Sun comes up.
It was clean and quiet as the staff were putting away the overnight stock and making coffees. I was here for about two hours with my Tall Blonde Roast and no one minded. Power outlet and wifi worked well, seating was comfortable.
Order on the Starbucks app and you can customize without having to explain to someone what you want. Super easy!

I stopped by before heading to the airport. I ordered a tall Misto with almond milk. I received a warm cup of the most watered down coffee I've ever had from any Starbucks ever. By the time I realized it, I was already on the highway. A complete waste of my time and money. So disappointed.

When you pay $7 for a cup of coffee you expect they at least get your order right. Ordered a "caramel" macchiato with no ice. What did they deliver? A half cup of ICE, espresso and milk. No caramel for my macchiato but plenty of ice 😑

Food was made promptly and correctly. Queue is awkward behind the store an unable to handle a morning rush.. Best to order by the app for promptness. There was minimal wait time. I was able to get the free Christmas cup they put out every year with my participating order.

This Starbucks has the most kind and friendly staff. I go there at least 3-4 times a week. Each morning I'm ALWAYS greeted with a smile and by name. (I feel like a celebrity.) I've never had a bad experience. Most times they already know my order when I get to the counter.

This place needs to expand or move. There is never any seating and people standing around waiting for their drinks make it awkward for those who are sitting down. Drinks are never ready on time, or even close to it unfortunately. I do love this location but it makes it difficult to go here when the demand outweighs the supply and employees are outnumbered. They are always working against the wind.
The wait time is ridiculous 40 mins in the drive thru line!!!
