I came at 9:40, to the drive thru and the workers deliberately ignored me at the drive thru, and locked the doors and started cleaning. Last time I checked, it says you close at 11pm on the doors and 10pm on the website. This is the worst GHETTO Steak ‘n Shake I’ve been to. these people obviously don’t care about there minimum wage job.

My wife and kids are there a few weeks ago and my son had a wallet stolen—so much appreciation for the workers who actually gave money to my son because he was sad on his birthday lunch ruined and all his birthday money stolen (100+ with cards as well). Leaving 1 star because I just learned from police that the manager said the owner would have to give permission for the one who stole to be identified through purchase. Please reply soon so we can move on from this and feel safe about eating there again. What family would want to eat at a place where theft is possible and not prosecuted? It’s been two weeks.

It usually is good.. today was not great..we had to wait cause we couldn't get our order taken cause only 3 people were working at the place..people kept coming in that had their orders mixed up..and the food was not the best..I am willing to give them another shot..just hope they have it more together

One of the best burger joints if you can handle the mess - grease and sauces.
Slow service. The person waiting on us looked and acted like she hated her job. Fries were only ok. Def needed salt. Steak burger was very good and shakes were good, though they took a long time to prepare, esp since the were absolutely not busy

Was sitting in drivethrough for 5 minutes after being told to place my order. Then the staff disappeared. Pulled up to drivethru window and there was nobody waited couple more minutes before just leaving.

Maybe it's just a covid change but any other steak 'n shake I've eaten at over the last 40 years has been menus at the table and a waiter/waitress takes the order. When I asked the people at the counter at this one they looked at me like I was crazy and just responded "this is a fast food restaurant, we don't do that.". Obviously they aren't familiar with how the other steak and shake locations in the area currently operate.

It's a good steak and shake with friendly employees. I thought the restaurant was pretty darn clean. The drive thru was quick and efficient. Good fast food option for anyone in the area for sure.

Why can't ZERO stars be an option.We spent 30 THIRTY minutes in the drive through line. Couldn't exit because of the curbing, which in my opinion, should be a emergency/safety issue.Ok, so after waiting 30 minutes, you would think the food would be hot & fresh. It wasn't. It too a bad situation and made it worse.I won't be back. Too many good choices that include good service!!
