I went to this Subway location today, 11/29/2025. I had a coupon to purchase two foot long subs for $12.99. My total was $14.06, so I paid the cashier/sandwich maker $13.06 in cash and specifically asked her to charge my debit card for $1.00. She charged me $14.06 on my debit card and kept my $13.06 in cash. Either she did not know how to use the point of sale system to just charge $1.00 on my debit card or she wanted a big tip on the sandwiches she made. I didn’t noticed what she did until I checked my bank account. I am going back in the morning to talk to the manager and inform him/her what happened. Hopefully, I will get my cash back or a credit on my debit card. I will follow up this review with the results, so you all will know if I paid $27.12 for two foot long subs.
Update: I talked to the Subway manager on the phone on 12/1/2025 and told her what happened. Today, 12/2/2025, I was reimbursed the additional cash that I paid.

My Subway thing is Spicy Italian with mozzarella, double toasted with onions and tomatoes. Then add double portion of spinach and some black olives. One stripe of chipotle.. Cut in half and pack separately.

It make no sense how rude these people were! They toasted my sub too hard, to the point I couldn’t bite down on it. I drove back to get another… and these people had the audacity to go in the back and discuss if they were gonna remake my sub! This is insane. They were so rude!!! Never again!!!

My hot steak and cheese sandwich was supposed to be toasted and was served cold and even after I had left a few dollars tip… nobody wants to give good service anymore so I guess I should go home and make myself some food…
This location consistently gets my order wrong. I've ordered here three times in the last month and each time they manage to completely mess up. I know that I've ordered correctly because my receipt shows everything clearly. For example, I've ordered extra tomatoes and received extra olives instead. Twice I have ordered double meat on the ham and turkey and they somehow manage to put the double meat on my Tuna sub. The list goes on... If they can read English then there is absolutely no excuse for the repeated mistakes being made here. There is a either a management problem, lack of employee training, or both going on at this location.

Every time I come there whatever they are advertising they never have. I’ve been coming here for the last week and all they say is the long cookie is being sold out early in the morning. Why wouldn’t you have these things available throughout the day or at least when you close the store, even the regular chocolate chip cookies I always get they’re gone and I’m coming and showing up around 630 7 o’clock and is the same thing every time. Why don’t they supply enough to last throughout the day they close at 9 o’clock what is really going on with Subway ?
