I order a salad we want to dine in and we get to the table ready to eat and they failed inform me that they dont have any forks for mw to eat my salad. And they look at me as if its not their problem. The manager cant go to the food lion or something and get forks??? Oh wow!!!This one near cabelas

An example of wonderful customer service. Ordered and picked up three subs, and got home to find out that there was an error with one of the subs. They were very apologetic and corrected the issue with no trouble or fuss. That is truly good customer service. I've always rated this location highly as I order from them fairly frequently, and have never had an error with my order before. The way they handled this error shows that they have great customer service.

Worst experience ever. Why post that you’re closing at 9 and have the place locked up and unable to serve anyone at 855. The girls working were rude, abrasive and completely unprofessional. Say you’re closing at 830 because that seems to be what’s happening whatever management or owners know it. I’d love for this management to contact me

Stopped by for a few sandwiches for the whole family before the posted closing time but was told I couldn't be served. I'm guessing they didn't want my business. I went to Jersey Mikes and they were happy to help me out.

Not very sanitary. The worker didn’t change his gloves not once in between any customers, even after touching the register. I won’t be coming back.

Terrible.. the app doesn't work properly.. I was in one Subway but my order got sent to a different Subway. It is too hard to use app to get your sandwich the way you like it. Until they resolve, I will go elsewhere with their paper coupons.

Apparently location doesn’t want to participate in nationally advertised promotions. Poor business model. Too many other options for this area.

Placed a moble order and couldn't pick it up. Tried calling 8 times to cancel with no answer. I'm finally able to get there over an hour later. They wouldn't refund it and wouldn't remake my sandwiches. They blamed my phone for them not answering. Walked out with 2 horrible, soggy sandwiches. Never placing a mobile order here again.

Website says that they close to at 10:00. Come to get subway at 9:25 for daughters field trip tomorrow and they were closed. Thursday October 3, 2019. 9:25 p.m..
