We tried to go to the Subway in White Oak Shopping Center in Garner, but it was no longer there. We found another location nearby off Jones Sausage Road, on Integrity Drive. We used a coupon to buy one 12" sub and get one for free, and placed our order over the app. When we arrived, the subs were freshly made, and delicious. It is a hidden gem behind a large intersection. Highly recommend! We will definitely be going back.

I've been here multiple times, they are using sauce that isn't subway brand.
The sammich was ok except the guy was skimpyon the veggies and they wouldn't accept my coupon and I do believe because it was privately owned even though the attendant denied that fact....anyone could see that it was a family ran business....will not stop again on my way through next time

I love subway as a whole brand but the fact that some of the franchisee locations do not take coupons is a little off putting. If would be more beneficial to customers if they all except coupons for every location in-store and through the app. This location does not except coupons.

Absolute trash restaurant. I like subway but this place is dirty, bad staff, and THEY DO NOT ACCEPT COUPONS.As we were leaving, which I shouldn't have even eaten here, there was one of those HUGE ROACHES near the trashcan.

Placed an order using the mobile app. Was not ready when I got there but that was okay. I didn't mind waiting while they made the order. What irritated me is when I get back to the office. My order was made incorrectly. I wasn't happy because I knew they would want me to come up there but that wouldn't be an option because I was at work already. I called in and sure enough, he said come up and we'll make you a new one. I told him I could not and whatever, it's fine. I'll just have to deal. The guy then says hold on, I'll see if we can get you one for tomorrow or something. I said sure. He comes back and says, sorry but you have to bring the sandwich back. Bring it back??? For what??? Redistribution? I mean, I assume you're not going to do that and you would've just made me a sandwich so what's the difference? I would've gave a three star review but since the sandwich wasn't done, (something I wasn't going to make a big deal about until what transpired afterwards) I mtook off another star. Jersey Mike's is just a little further up the road. I'll bring my business there.

It was not too crowded and the restaurant was clean but the sandwich with drink and chips was a little pricey for what I received. I hadn't been here in a long time and now I remember why. It wasn't anything special just a Subway Club.
