Portions are offensively small. Orders are often missing items or including unwanted items, despite the fact I always order online and thus the ticket is printed out with ONLY the stuff I want... I work food service, I know how this works. For the high prices and the obscenely small portions nowadays, there is seriously no reason to come back here. I understand Taco Bell as a corporation is in part to blame for this, but at the same time I at least want my order to be prepared properly.

I don’t know what happened to this Taco Bell recently but it’s gotten so bad. They never get the order right, despite the fact we order online and it’s all listed on the ticket, and the portions are insanely small for what you’re paying now. If I’m paying nearly $10 for a cantina bowl, then the least they can do is remember to put sour cream and guacamole in it. I shouldn’t be surprised that they can’t do that though considering they can’t even be bothered to put chicken in the CHICKEN quesadilla. At this point, we’re just going to stop going to Taco Bell all together because it’s just way too expensive and not worth it now.

Mr. Robert Lee Smith was absolutely incredible. I've never felt so cared for in such an efficient manner. He recalled everything correctly while taking competing orders. His professionalism in an occupation that doesn't necessarily call for it is wonderful.

Above standard food for a Taco Bell. My biggest complaint is that their drink machine almost ALWAYS tastes like it needs a cleaning. Not their fault but I hate how all the food worth eating is only available on the app.

Vegetarian options: Not often great about labeling veggie items in the bag.

Ordered 3 tacos at the drive through. Asked for freshly made tacos. Got home threw them is the trash. Must have been made hours ago. They were so sloppy when picked up all three just fell apart. Last time for me. I give them a 0

Recently stopped in for lunch at this location. I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service of the staff. Big shout out to Alexis for taking orders at the counter, window, and still keeping the dining room in tip-top shape! Alexis even informed me it was Happy Hour and that I could get a larger sized drink for just a dollar. Keep up the excellent work and happy holidays from a long-time Taco Bell Fan!

I ended up not even getting my food. I called the restaurant trying to make a mobile order (as I am unaware of how to do so.) I was trying to order for myself and my two grandchildren and the young man which answered the phone hung up right after I asked if it was possible to make a mobile order through the phone. He had a deep voice works the night shift. It is 11:21pm now so I assume it was around 11:10 or so whenever I called and was rudely hung up on. I would appreciate it if whoever higher up is in charge of this young man would handle the situation and get him fired. I will not tolerate rude behavior from employees and if this was how it was over the phone, I would hate to know how it is in person.
