I had dinner here with my wife. I’d like to report that this location was clean and well run. The food was prepared properly and the manager and staff were all friendly and courteous. Overall a great experience!

The only reason this place is still in business is because it’s the only one in the area. The wait for food in the drive thru is ridiculous. I placed an online order over an hour ago, proceeded to wait in the drive thru line of 5 cars for 45 minutes, and was told to wait in the mobile pickup spot where I waited even more. All I ordered was a Crunchwrap Supreme combo. It’s also clear that they don’t start any mobile orders until you arrive as the progress bar of the order only progresses then. There is no sense urgency or work ethic exhibited here. Not to mention that this is only ONE of the bad instances I’ve had at this place (all have been under par).
If you have over an hour on your hands to wait for below average food, this is the perfect place for you.

Slowest Taco Bell ever. 30 minute drive thru wait time and that still got a 3 soft taco, 3 hard taco order wrong.
Several years later since that review and nothing has changed. Go inside for it to take 15 minute for 5 tacos. Get ignored standing at the counter just looking to get the drink cup I asked for 15 minutes ago.

I came to the front counter and was trying to get the attention of the manager last night but he was to busy bad mouthing his staff , the girl he was talking about stood across from him cleaning up and didn’t say anything he was being very nasty every time i go up there he is belittling his staff. Other staff was asking her was she okay and why was she being quiet this my 4th time coming up there and witnessing him being mean he’s very messy and unprofessional the girl was very polite & told me to have a blessed day my food was good and hot though i came around 10

Love the drive thru people. I get off work late at night sometime and the girls that are working have always been super nice.
2025 - how in the world is this place still open? We decoded to dare to try it again after years and it's WORSE rofl the burrito had almost no filling and it was folded terribly. This time we are writing corporate.
** UPDATE** the last FOUR visits my NO ONIONS has been ignored and the grilled stuffed burritos are not a blend of ingredients, you get a few mouthfulsof guacamole and then a few or rice or meat. It's gross, too many teens who dont care working here. Management needs to re-educate staff on how to prepare food!!!! It CLEARLY says, NO ONIONS!

Usually the foot is very good here. I have no complaints about that. Unfortunately they do not open at 8:00. But they do have an opportunity to have two separate people outside taking smoke breaks at 8:10. I understand, the day is a collection of busy moments.

I chose to walk here instead of driving because i live directly across the street, I was refused my food and told to leave the restaurant because you must be driving a car to pickup, it’s like they hate their customers!
