Visited a few days ago on a trip, and I haven't been able to get how good the service was out of my head. Liz was helpful, made fantastic suggestions, and never let my drinks go empty.

Each time I order online(curbside) I’m waiting 15+ mins outside for someone to bring my food before I end up having to go inside and waiting even longer. Today it was very empty and I still ended up having to go inside after I called to let them know I was outside and none came to bring my food. There were 3 of us in there waiting for them to bring our Togo orders. I completely understand when it is busy but there was barely anyone in there today and I still had the same issue.
The boneless wings are also always hard and dry lately. Very disappointed

So, they took a while with me and my child's food, for one. As my daughter was drinking her tea, there was this nasty looking DIRTY SLOB THING on the INSIDE of my baby's cup. Disgusting and I am very disappointed!!! This had better not happen again, I have NO IDEA what was in there and neither did the employee!

They took our drink order and disappeared. Then we asked about the 2 for $19.65, and they didn't have any more flyers, so she had to bring her phone out because she had a picture of it. Then the server didn't bring us the food, and we needed something. Took her forever to come back... I had to go to the bar to order our second round of drinks because we couldn't get our server. I don't think she ever said her name.
Then I witnessed an employee get a mixed drink and head into the kitchen...thank goodness we had already eaten.
The food was great, the service could have been better, and the atmosphere was okay. My drink did not look like it was supposed to look like. The red salt is on the menu, and I did not get it. Mine also looked a little weak.

It's hard to get a proper star rating on this one. Our server was great and the food is always good but... Got here on a Sunday night at 6:30 and only needed a seat for 2. Plenty of room in the bar area but the hostess asked if we can wait 15-20m because the bartender is too stressed out to let people in. We ended up waiting for 30 min to be seated. Definitely not a busy night based on how many tables were open and how open the bar was, Was very off putting. Going to be hard to get the wife to want to go back after that.

The waiter was not very nice at all she was ill and she gave us a stink eye when we asked for a different drink because ours didn’t taste good and the food took a very long time to get here and the waiter didn’t really come to us much at all when she did she was not in a good mood at all and the fries were overcooked and the buffalo chicken wings were over cooked and they were soggy

Came in with our family and friends with their family early Saturday night. We were only one of like 5 tables staggered throughout their dinning experience, split between at least 2 servers with bussers/ food runners. We were the biggest party there (7 & a baby) and service was alright. Ordered milkshakes that took awhile. Wasn’t offered any water while we waited (not checked on). Food also took awhile and it wasn’t much, again not offered anything while waiting; no bread, popcorn etc or checked on. Milkshakes were delicious but the food on the other hand was gross, kids meals all tasted microwaved. The fries for our burgers did also and the buns they used for the burger were extremely weak; they fell apart first bite. My husband and I both asked for medium rare and got medium well; It was a let down for sure. The kids never got offered their complimentary desserts that came with their meals and we were just handed our bill without ever even getting checked on once . We also had to figure out for ourselves that they had added on an automatic gratuity. When I asked someone I flagged down if that’s what the “service charge” listed on the receipt was they said yes parties of 8 and more get it put on automatically. Although yes there was technically 8 people in our party my baby didn’t eat, nor get a drink. He had his bottle of milk and I’m a little mad they somehow managed to charge for him. Also a little mad the server didn’t say anything when handing us the bill. We paid it regardless but it just felt very sneaky to me charging for a little baby to get your automatic tip, especially knowing you gave literal mediocre service.

The server was wonderful very nice. The drinks was inconsistent 1st was good 2nd seem like a different drink. Chicken was not cook well I had to take it home and air fry it. Appetizers were good. Thats why the whole experience was a 3. Price was excellent for all that I ordered.

Hit or miss here. Single ill get hot food fresh off the grill and other times just warm food. The troubling part is the store most times only have 2 to 3 customers when I'm there. So I don't understand that part.

My food was burnt. I had the shrimp and chicken pasta the bread was burnt the greenbeans appetizer was burnt. I ordered takeout on the app but everything had a burnt taste and smell!! Around 12 pm

My sister and I visited on December 24 and ordered the “Pick Two” and “Pick Three” options. There was some confusion due to unclear written communication on the menu regarding pricing. When the bill arrived, we noticed a discrepancy between the charges and what the menu seemed to indicate.
Our server, who was relatively new, was fantastic and very attentive. She interpreted the menu pricing in the same way we did—indicating there should be one upcharge for ribs in the “Pick Two” option but no additional charges if ribs were included in the “Pick Three.”
When we raised the issue, we were surprised by how the general manager handled the situation. After having us WAIT to speak to her for over 30 minutes… the general manager was extremely rude, which left us feeling EXTREMELY disappointed with the overall experience.
