I love the food and coffee here, but sometimes the service can be a bit lackadaisical. We have found ourselves getting the wrong food, forgotten orders, etc quite often. A recent efoerience the coffee orders seem to get way backed up where you won't get coffee for up to 30 minutes after you recieve your food.

The coffee is great. No complaints there. But I do have one minor quibble about the coffee cups. While I hate to be such a critic of something so insignificant, I have had the unfortunate experience of the lid popping off my cup twice in the past weeks, sending half my helping onto my lap and other parts of the car. Good thing I had the same pair of shorts on both times. Perhaps invest in some sturdier cups? Either way, the brew is stellar!

Friendly staff and a delicious coffee blend...and I've been called a coffee snob, so it must be great coffee for sure, LOL!

Before hitting the road back home i b looked up coffee shops in the area. I always like to find non chain coffee shops to try out. Stumbled across The Muse and without looking at a menu decided to check it out. The name drew me in. Once there, the lovely young lady said she would be with me shortly. I mentioned it was fine as it was my first time there. I choose 3 different drinks and then asked her, out of the 3 she would recommend, and she chose Nature's Lover! It was a perfect choice. Loved everything about this coffee, right down to the name! I hate its 2.5 hours away from me but, ill be back for sure try something else 😊

Bad customer service. Every time I’ve tried this place there’s been an issue. Would not recommend.

Fantastic local coffee shop. Fun atmosphere, delicious coffee, friendly staff, and surprisingly great food. The only downside is it's not very big, but generally the place is not crowded. Drop by while it's still an undiscovered gem.

Honestly, I have only had a small pastry here before but they do have food. I love their matcha tea lattes cold or iced! I really enjoyed the very personable staff too who are also very attentive. The walls are filled with sayings, art and goods to purchase.

Came a week or so ago, was served food at 4:25. Come today and the barista working register says ā€œno food after 4pmā€ and then insisted I must of only been served food after 4pm years ago..yet I showed her my last points rewards that clearly showed the time I came, I get a blt everytime. You also advertise ā€œbreakfast all dayā€..might want to update website or speak with the barista. Had a lovely experience every time before.also lunch menu states it starts at 11pm, no cut off stating 4pm. Last time I came at 4:25 the cook literally came out to tell me what mayo they use he was so kind. Such a different experience from my last visit.

Editing my review to also let it be known, I showed up at 4:33 via my gps..it wasn’t minutes before closing. And I even apologized for being near closing time….Since discovering the place, I haven’t walked out of there without spending atleast 40 bucks..I get beans, syrups, etc every time. And lastly, there were two women still sitting outside, and a man on his laptop inside.

Not only was the barista giving an off putting attitude, she had her eaten muffin wrapper just sitting out on the counter where one prepares drinks, you could tell she was not happy people were still enjoying the establishment too close to ā€œcloseā€ I suppose. Having the first face you meet in an establishment treat customers like that will surely have them going elsewhere. I ran up there for a drink, blt and two bags of beans and instead got gaslit into being told I must of only been sold food after 4pm years ago. Once I had proof to show- she wouldn’t even look at my phone, but chose to walk off.

The Muse is a great coffee shop! The coffee, coffee drinks, and Chai tea are created perfectly. They know how to make my Chai tea extra spicy like no other coffee shop. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love this coffee shop!

I’ve been looking for a local coffee shop to support a small business and have a place to work from on my work from home days. I came here today and OMG. It’s so cute, the staff are so nice, and the coffee is delicious! I’ll be here every week!

let me start by saying that this was my first time ever. The staff were helpful and understanding. I hate being the complicated customer, but I most definitely was today. In nutshell I took my 5 year old in there today after his urology appointment and everything that could go wrong went wrong lol. Thank you guys for being patient with us and understanding. we will definitely be back.

1st visit was great coffee was amazing. My 2nd visit was the polar opposite. My order was exactly wrong and they didn’t even call my name when it was ready. The energy felt majorly passive aggressive as and they wanted me to know.

Order: chi almond milk the gave me actual milk and a warm cookie they gave me one cold
