let me start by saying that this was my first time ever. The staff were helpful and understanding. I hate being the complicated customer, but I most definitely was today. In nutshell I took my 5 year old in there today after his urology appointment and everything that could go wrong went wrong lol. Thank you guys for being patient with us and understanding. we will definitely be back.

1st visit was great coffee was amazing. My 2nd visit was the polar opposite. My order was exactly wrong and they didn’t even call my name when it was ready. The energy felt majorly passive aggressive as and they wanted me to know.

Order: chi almond milk the gave me actual milk and a warm cookie they gave me one cold

You can’t ever go wrong with coffee from the Muse! Their food is great too (the daydream is 10/10). Grab and go bakery items are available in the event you need a quick bite! The Christmas in a Cup Latte is my personal favorite, but seasonal drinks are also available too. Plenty of seating available to study or have a coffee date. Staff are kind as well!

Coffee is good. BUT THE SERVICE BY LIZ IS WORLD CLASS
LIZ, LIZ, LIZ, LIZ SHES THE BEST ALWAYS IN GREAT MOOD! I ABSOLUT WOULD MAKE LIZ THE MANAGER. GREAT PERSONALITY, CARING ALWAYS A FANTASTIC MOOD.

Harvest chicken salad on a croissant was AMAZING! Devoured it so fast, I couldn't get y'all a picture 😚 The house cold brew (I got mocha, I think) was also pretty good. Excellent customer service started when I walked in the door.

I had never tried this place before and was really excited after hearing good things. I placed an order online for pick up of 2 breakfast burritos and an iced coffee at 10 am and my estimated pick up time was 10:35 which I already was thinking wow that’s kind of a long time but oh well.

I drive there and when I get there, the pick up time extended to 10:45… and then 11:05. 1 hour and 5 minutes?!?! For 2 burritos and 1 iced coffee. Ridiculous.

Also when I went inside to pick up my order there is no sign for pick up so I was unsure of where to even go and when I located what I figured was my order, they have it behind a barrier so I couldn’t look to see if it was mine. I stood there for a few minutes with no one acknowledging me so I had to interrupt one of the workers handing out customer’s drinks to get my order. It’s a shame because my coffee was quite good and the burrito was not bad but I won’t be returning after this.

I adore the avocado toast, the roast is so great, and I just love the vibe! I could sit in here for hours :)

I went there my first time maybe like the 3rd person in line. I wanted a simple ice coffee, and it took 25 minutes. It was 3 people working counter, and they serve someone first who came in after me. Then when I finally got drink it was fix wrong, and the employee had a attitude about it. I will be not going back.
