Been going almost two years now. I’ve gotten so much food here and it’s all been amazing. Mac and cheese burger ? The homemade chips so good. Club sandwich, southwest wrap, pizza, Philly cheesesteak, Philly cheesesteak Mac and cheese bowl.. it’s all great! Very friendly staff as well.

Posting for my grandmother and grandfather I have been wanting a chef salad from Triple Barrel Tavern for quite a while. So tonight we went. No one acknowledged we were there ,sat for a good 20 minutes and finally walked out. I even walked up to the bar, while the bartender was talking to her bar customers she looked at me and proceeded to go to the next bar customer.

Wait. If you go during lunch you will very likely wait. Went today during lunch, there was only 2 other diners, and it was extremely slow. We had placed our order and much later find out they didn't have the cod as the server told us it was "still frozen". They refused to substitute another fish sandwich for same price, so the chef came out and she was very accommodating about giving us something else on the lunch menu. Now, a different server serves us with no explanation, and we find out the previous one never placed the order for our kids meal whose been waiting for 45 minutes for his burger and fries. As adults, we don't mind waiting, but our cranky 5 year old is another story. Finally our food arrives and all sauces are portioned out, which is fine as long as you get what you need for your meal. All of our meals came with fries, yet I had to ask for ketchup which made me feel like I was bothering the server. Especially when my husband, always asks for plenty of ketchup when we have meals with fries. I had to ask for mustard for burgers when I ordered it on them, and pickles. Most of which I would've assumed would come with the meal. When I had to ASK for napkins and and we got literally TWO and we have THREE people at the table, this nickle and dime mentality was officially driving me crazy! Especially when you have a small child who uses two napkins in a few minutes! If I'm spending my money at your restaurant, please don't be overtly cheap with my meal. We chose TBT over Cleveland Draft House, one of our favorite stops and now I'm not sure we made the right choice! (And if you're going to upcharge me for multiple sauces on my bill like you did today then next time put them on the burgers in the first place like I requested, then I wouldn't need to ask for them on the side and inconvenience the server yet again.) The food was good, there is that...but the waiting, the servers, the unavailable food, the cheap mentality...if they can work on those things I would possibly give it another chance. Easy improvements, IMO.

Hamburger was cooked to oblivion, they didn't charge for it though. Cook was outside there entrance smoking so we had to enter on the side of the building.

Food was uniformly spicy. We were there late, true, but they were out of many things and what we did get was way spicier than I can safely eat.

We go to music bingo almost every week! So fun. Great food, great atmosphere. Nice waiters!

Great food and cheap drinks. Bartenders are awesome. Food is way better than the draft house and good times don't waste your money there. If you are really hungry try the mac and cheese burger.

Pretty good. Normal bar food. Lots of TVs and the staff is nice. Service speed is good, don't have to wait long. Good selection of beers. Would certainly go again.
Enough food but salt and seasoning will go a long way. Great value

just left there. dinning dining room was nasty and after setting there for 10minutes got up and walked out. we did not see anyone that works there. we will not be back.

Service is slow. I visited there twice, both times were slow. We were the only ones there. It took 45 minutes for our order to be placed, 45 more minutes to receive food. Food was good.
