I randomly chose to eat here today so I had no idea what I wanted. I did notice the menu changed from the last time I was here. The server Tyrese M helped me choose a delicious wrap that paired so well with my smoothie choice. He was friendly and patient! I will be coming back soon !

Tyrese made our dining experience fantastic! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and welcoming attitude. He was super friendly and took the time to walk us through the menu, answering any questions we had. He even recommended a dish that turned out to be delicious! I use to luv this place and location but it seem like with the old crew gone this place is going downhill and based on the other comments people are experiencing the same concern Quality of food isn’t good anymore Manager/employees is unprofessional rude and don’t care Employees on their phone Issue with refunds or remaking orders
The general manager deziree is very rude and nasty. She didn’t want to assist me. I ordered food online and had someone pick up and they made my smoothie first and put it on the shelve however my food wasn’t done at the same time which is ok. The person picked my smoothie up not knowing the order was not completed. I was willing to drive all the way back there but I asked due to the time it will take to go back in total my hot food would have been sitting out for an hr. The general manager said she wouldn’t remake the wrap although it sat there for a long time nor would she refund me even though the food is sitting there. She said it’s my fault and no one is going to change or bend the rules for a customer mistake. So they have my food and money and have the nerve to have an attitude. It’s sad that customers spend their hard working money and get treated like this. For the robot that will respond acting like u care and saying go fill out the form that’s already been done.

Order a couple smoothies and a salad. One of the smoothies received tasted like grass. As if no fruits were present. Asked Dasarah could the smoothie be remade because it tasted funny , She said no . I then asked for a refund she said no to this request as well . I asked for a reprint of my receipt so I could address the issue with management at a later date , Dasarah said she was management and said she could call her manager. She got on the phone with her manager and lied to her manager who threatened me with police. I immediately begin to record because I couldn’t believe this young lady. The young lady with the crunchy fro and white rash around her lips began to become extremely unprofessional and started to talk about my phone as I begin to record and talk about my bf who was patiently and silently waiting . Dasarah didn’t say anything unprofessional that I was aware of but the other young lady was very rude and disrespectful

I only had one bad experience after over 8 years of coming here, and I'm 13! (Most of my experiences were at different locations but I e been to this one before and it's great ^ ^)

I was sent an incomplete order with the wrong 1 wrong sandwich and no smoothies. I contacted the location and they told me that the smoothies were never picked up. I contacted support and no one has gotten back to me.

Never received my order Anna is very rude and disgusting. Her franchise location makes me never want to spend a penny with a tropical smoothie again
I like Tropical Smoothie Cafe but I’ve been to this location multiple times and every single time, morning or evening I have been left waiting over 20-30 minutes past when my mobile order was supposed to be ready, all while the staff seem have been more interested in yelling and laughing at each other than doing their jobs. I don’t mean to give anyone a hard time, but when I see four employees and only one is doing anything (and even then as slowly as seemingly possible), it’s a bit frustrating. I have never complained about it until now, but this is the third time and none of the multiple employees, who apparently had nothing to do, even bothered to ask my what order I was waiting on or if they could help me (despite me standing directly in front of them for over 20 minutes). I would much rather not be writing this review but I am pretty disappointed at wasting nearly thirty minutes after I ordered ahead well in advance.

I order food from here and today I had my two kids (4yr old and a month old). I called the restaurant to see if they can bring my food to the car and luckily China was able to bring it out. I appreciate her so much for that because she didn’t have to. Thank you for being so nice. Definitely will come back!!
