I did a online order in my car in the parking lot and I waited 2 mins for my smoothie which isnt long at all when I walked in to get it they were very welcoming when I walked in to grab my drink.

Sanitary check... please tell your staff to wash their hand SOAP & WARM WATER BEFORE handing someones food and/drinks. Picking pimples or acne is NOT okay.

I usually place my orders through the app.
I called about my order to see if I could make a slight change as i didn’t see the option in the app. The employee who answered was rude, off gate. Seemed to have an attitude and zero patience. She kept telling me she didn’t see any order for me and asking if I’m calling the right place. I let her know, I am in fact calling the right location, and then offered to read her my order number, she then HUNG UP.

Please consider more training courses to your employees about providing quality customer service.

The incompetence! A girl and guy (both under 30) were working. The girl took my order and went to make a sandwich for another customer. The guy tried to make my acai bowl without gloves (girl scolded him). The guy pulled out my smoothie base which was rock hard like it came from the bottom of a deep freezer. Girl sent the guy to pour a smoothie and started my bowl. In the 3-5 minutes the girl spent trying to make my bowl and the sandwich at the same time, the guy left his task and tried to make (mess up) my bowl several times. With only 2 orders, the girl did most of the work on top of trying to manage the guy (she was clearly not a manager and trying her best to keep him out of the way so she could get customers correct orders). If they got busy, I guarantee orders got messed up left and right because the guy was incompetent and did not take direction well. My bowl base was frozen to the point that it had to sit out for 30 minutes to thaw and was thrown together. The poor girl hid it but she had to be so frustrated. Training and support is needed
