Ate here with a group of friends. Standout menu items: coconut cold brew and their potato wedge fries. It is hard to come across potato wedges nowadays; these were spectacular. Greatly enjoyed my drink and almost ordered a second. Staff is friendly and helpful. Downside: The veggie bean breakfast wrap could be improved. The bean patty was almost gooey in texture - I was not a fan.

I stumbled upon Ugly Mug on a day trip! From the atmosphere to the service to the cool logo to the COFFEE... everything was GREAT!!!! WHAT A COOL PLACE!!!! If I'm ever in the Garner area again, I will definitely drop in!! Until then, I have a really cool tshirt to sport!!! Keep up the great work!!!

We live down the road and come here often. They are ALWAYS so hospitable and kind to us. The food is always great and we also love bringing out of town friends here as well!!!!
The vibes here are so great, I love having a local coffee shop to frequent instead of going to a chain. We love the breakfast mugwich!!

We ordered take out and we both enjoyed the steak egg and cheese burrito and caramelized French toast! The only negative I would have is for the price, each menu item should come with a side! We paid approximately 28 dollars with no drinks or sides! I would only go back in convenience situations as it is right of the high way!

Really neat place, I love that you can customize your drink. My friend doesn't like coffee so we were able to get the same drink, just hers was cold and without coffee while mine was hot with coffee. The drink was delicious too. I'd like to come back and try some of the food next time.
