What an amazing place to have brunch! Must go and eat the staff there are so welcoming the waffles and chicken was simply amazing!
One of the best coffee houses in the area. Staff is always friendly and the coffee is great. Their menu offers a little something for everyone, from breakfast biscuits to salads.Still one of the best coffee houses in the area. Jeremy, the owner, is a great guy and his staff is amazing. They have their regular coffee plus seasonal brews.

I just left the business March 26, 2024 around 10am. I’m a African American male. My wife comes to this location a lot. This was my first time. I was treated poorly. Bad looks, no friendly greeting. I didn’t feel welcomed. I thought I write a review. I’m sure the owners are not showing this kind of character but their employees may need to be retrained to treat every customer with respect no matter their race, religion, or group. I’m not judging the entire establishment but the staff that’s working today definitely need more training. 2 lady’s up front and who was making coffee. Thank you

What a gem! We live in Cary and drove to Garner for a birthday party and decided to try Ugly Mug. The staff were so upbeat, welcoming, and helpful. The steampunk vibe was cool and tastefully done. The food was fantastic. Seriously, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The specialty coffees had such clever names that we had to try and they didn’t disappoint. So impressed with this place and will seriously consider driving 30 minutes back just for another burger!

I fall in love a little bit more each time I come here. The atmosphere is great for working and studying, many different types of flexible seating, and many charging outlets for charge your devices! I usually get a small iced latte every time and they are pretty consistent. I recommend coming on a week day because they are usually very busy otherwise.
