Went to this waffle house today by far the worst experience ever. First of all, I think our waitress was high on something. Also, the people that were cooking were not interested in cleanliness one guy had on gloves, but the fingers were out of them. He finally did change them. He Was working on plates to go he would lean up to get something and his shirt was all in the food that was on the plate. Our bacon was burnt. The grits were so cold. It would not melt the cheese that was in them. Got the check the prices on the check was not the prices on the menu. This is the third time we have been to a waffle house where the service was poor. This was our first experience at this particular waffle house, and needless to say our last.

In this waffe hosse, they treat him badly, I went to eat and they yelled at me, nor clean the tables, he is very dirty, and he is tired.

What a bummer. This Waffle House is just not great the service was terrible. We were seated at a dirty table and the waitress acted mad that she had to “clean” it with a dry rag. Everyone inside was complaining about who had missed what shifts and I don’t know if that what the issue was, but the waitress was distracted. She was sitting doing something unrelated for most of the time we were there. She spoke to us twice- to get our order and to give us our check. No refills were offered on coffee. Biscuit was burned. Waited a loooong time for our check. What a disappointment.

Came here about 4 am December 17th
The girl cooking the food did amazing and was very nice
But the skinny guy (I'm assuming the manager due to wearing a black shirt and how he was bossing around the poor girl on the grill) his service was awful. We sat down and the grill girl came over and got our drink order and greeted us because he couldn't be bothered to stop buttering bread? But he could tell her to stop cleaning to come greet us.
She was very nice, no complaints about her. She took our drink order and we asked for a second before we ordered food.
He finally gets up and comes and takes our food order, he puts it in.
Food comes out great (thanks to the girl not him)
But he didn't bring butter with the waffle, so we asked for it AND HE SIGHED before going to get it.
After bringing our food he didn't come back over to us at all even tho we were literally the only people there, he just ate and scrolled on his phone. And he only acted somewhat nice when it was time for us to pay, hoping for a tip I guess, which he didn't get.

Other things that are really important to note here

1. He kept placing his hand very low on that girls back/sides and standing really close to her and she seemed very uncomfortable
2. He also couldn't stop himself from complaining very loudly about how he hates some girl they work with named Joella(?) and how she can't do anything right.

Breakfast mid morning. You can't go wrong with the All Star breakfast. My eggs were over easy as ordered with firm yet tender bacon, hashbrowns with onions, waffle and toast. Very delicious. My friend got the same breakfast. Differences included perfectly grilled ham for the meat and grilled/buttered biscuits on both sides. We left very satisfied.

Tiffany and Wanda were great. They both have great personalities. I had an issue with my food and they had it corrected right away. Wanda checked in on us made sure we were good. Her smile was infectious.

Lady working at the front has a nasty attitude. As a description, she has piercing in her face. Cook was really nice but she is horrible.

Our waitress Tiffany was very sweet. They were booming! Our food was good. They have chicken sausage patties for people who don’t eat pork, which is nice!

Worst restaurant I've ever walked into this review should be ZERO stars The moment we walked in every table in the place except 2 was dirty and one of the 2 still had people at that table. 3 of the employees were in full view of the restaurant just standing around not cleaning any of the tables. They watched us walk in. We sat there for almost 10 minutes and nobody came to ask us for our drinks or take our order. At one point the 3 employees who weren't cleaning any tables or taking our order walked to the back and didn't come back for several minutes. I stayed long enough for one of them to come back to make a comment about how terrible their service is. All the employees on shift this morning March 28th at 7am should be fired.

This place is terrible I have been here two times in the past few months the last time I was here I went inside to place my order at the counter while I waited for my food this girl who was the waitress was apparently high on some drug so she was walking around in circles she kept pulling out her PAD as if she was about to take her order or add up something but was never doing none of the section it got so bad that the guy who was cooking started taking the orders from the people coming in verbally making the food while keeping some form of communication with the customer to keep the customer on Ice until he completed the order and then I had to even watch the cook step away from the grill to bag the food to give it to the customer I too was one of these people that encountered this terrible customer service from this drunken intoxicated employee it was a young African-American girl I will never forget her face if I see her again I will know her on the site and I will never spend a dime in any establishment I see her inI also take my hat off to the Cook he went over and beyond to make sure that the night shift that they were working continue to go smoothly even though he had to do more than I'm sure of what he signed up for when he applied to be a cook for waffle House to the African American community as well as to waffle House.

Now my second experience which just happened on yesterday I walked into the same waffle House of course I drove around the parking lot very slowly first because I wanted to make sure that that crackhead girl was still not working when I was convinced that she was not in there and I saw the new employees in their it looked like a full house so I was confident to go inside and place my order as I got inside now mind you this waffle House it's not in Raleigh's top five but it is close to my home so although I am used to eating at other waffle houses in the city I have popped up at this one twice because it is close to my home but after yesterday I will never make that mistake again either so as I proceeded to the counter a waitress comes walking up to the register with her pad and she is giving me the impression that she is about to take my order I knew exactly what I wanted and I was ready to tell her when she asked me how could she help me and I told her the item that I had came in the store to purchase she's going to tell me that if I don't place my order online or sit down and dine in that I can't be served immediately I was furious because once again I have eaten from multiple waffle houses I have never heard this before not to mention this waffle House only gets packed because the workers are slowit is not packed because it's popular the line gets held up so long waiting on waiters to do the right thing after the cook has completed the meal I have seen it with my own eyes and to now be subject to this type of service that is being rendered to the customers as well as in the end of the transaction if you make it to the end you are being charged a tip for the waitress I don't have a problem tipping them so the gratuity feet doesn't run me off but when I feel like I am not rendered the proper service of a regular customer spending my hard-earned money at this establishment to keep their money flowing as well it makes you not want to do business with that place at all so yesterday I walked out of a place that I always leave full from because this young girl did not want to ring me up for a grit bowl I looked her in her face and told her that they ought to be ashamed of themselves meanwhile the few other customers that were in there before me who had ordered online quote on quote they were still standing along the sides looking crazy because the wait for them was just as long as if they came in to sit down and eat once again to prove my point this place is not popularly packed because they do good business They are packed because they are slow this is just one more establishment in the Garner North Carolina area that I will never visi
