I paid $22.00 for the 3 combo dinner which was the 10 piece oysters, shrimp and scallops and it was over fried and some pieces were burned. This is not okay.

I went here 2/25/22 and the female that works in the front should be fired... I literally heard her say "OMG someone else just walked in. Im ready to go!" Dropped her pack of cigarettes and seemed even more frustrated. When I asked if they had an item she rolled her eyes and said no. I said thank you and walked out. I did not try the food nor will I ever come back. Horrible customer service.

Me and my fiance were visiting out of town and were craving seafood so with a little research of mine I found the walking crab seen the menu and knew we had to give it a try. We were both skeptical but once we got the food in the car the smell smacked us both. My hopes were high went in for a fist pound he said no not yet wait until I taste it. I said ok so when we got home he took his first bite and we was sold as was I hands down best seafood we had in a long time and you can tell it was made with love. Let's just say I got my fist pound and two thumbs up. He was bragging about when we got home like we don't live hours away lol

I spent 58.00 sat and the seafood plates was the worst i every had . There was no season. No garlic butter on the crab legs or the rest of the stuff that comes with that. It was mych.better before they started putiing them in those pans..this was the second time i wasted my money. So i wont eat here again..

I ordered the shrimp taco. It wasn’t much food but the little I had was pretty good. Good thing I had a coupon to get $5 off or I would have been disappointed in the small portion I received.

The boiled crab and shrimp was wonderful. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. The corn was sweet and very tasty. I loved the fried okra. My husband got the combo plate with oysters, shrimp, and scallops. The fried oysters and scallops were delicious. We will definitely be back!

I've eating here before it was so good. Today I got seafood Alfredo, Mac and cheese and quesadilla for my family. It was nasty the seafood Alfredo with no crab and few shrimp was gritty and bland, look like vomited. Realized it was not cooked, it appears they ran it through a broiler on the top was warmed and the rest was left to uncooked. Mac and cheese was mac with slices cheese no seasoning or taste. The chicken quesadilla was fair, not there best. Waste of money. Very disappointed. $58 for what ???

I order from here on 1/2/22. I could not believe it. The food was HORRIBLE!! I spent 50.00 on food I could not eat. The corn was frost bite as if it was in the freezer for months. The Mac and cheese was precooked and obviously frozen and tasted like cold cardboard. The fish and shrimp was not freshly fried. I was truly disappointed as it was a birthday treat for my daughter. Maybe the establishment is under new management as I have ordered from here before and the food was very good. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Ran into a small technical difficulty on the website (probably user error on my end) and Robert answered the phone and provided excellent customer service. I must say the food is exceptional. Food is full of flavor and is so good. Thank you for such great service and good food!!
After receiving response from manager Robert D at walking crab from over 20 days ago he requested that I email him to make things right, no response after email sent. I guess you respond in Yelp to save face. Unbelievable!

Lucky enough to have had their food truck stop by our neighborhood. The workers were extremely friendly and gave good recommendations. Got the lobster, catfish, and chicken tenders. Their portions were plenty and boy was it good.Fries were the sleeper here, they were amazing - almost like Checkers fries. Fried catfish and lobster were fresh and delicious. Seasoning was on-point. Prices were good for the amount of food you get.Plus, they were just friendly folks and who doesn't love to support small business? Can't wait to have them stop by again and next step to check out their restaurant. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. Great food and terrific service. The location is a little sketchy (mostly the parking lot, not their fault) and the place could definitely use some upgrades (ex. paint, bathroom remodel, etc.), but overall absolutely exceptional. The seafood alfredo was to die for, lots of seafood, the Po boy was very well seasoned with tons of flavor, and the lobster fries are definitely one of the many reasons I'll be back! A little pricy, but huge portions and big flavor but its totally worth it. Keep up the good work guys!

I've been here twice now. The crab boil pans are good, the seafood pasta was a little bland for my taste, the appearance of the restaurant was nothing great. however what was great was the customer service both times which will bring me back.

Had heard good things originally. Ordered $63 plate and didn't have the crawfish it said it came with. Gave them a call after getting home and they said they were out of crawfish. Not sure why I wasn't informed of this before ordering or when I picked up my food after waiting an hour. Called them and they said they would give us more shrimp or crab if we came back. Came back then was told they could only give us more shrimp or a refund because anything else would be an upcharge. Typically when someone forgets to inform you of something not being available on your order or gets it wrong you'd think they'd just give you a sub due to the inconvenience but nope, just a $10 refund for the missing item after waiting an hour and driving to pick up and driving back. Overall I know that they meant well by the refund but it really just didn't appeal to me. Just check your order before you leave.
