Came here on a Sunday at 5:30 pm. Nobody in line in front of me. It took almost a minute for someone to answer at the drive through and when she did, she sounded so rude and told me to pull up. When the window opened, a girl with long braids took my money but didn't give me a receipt. She didn't say hello or anything. Food came out quickly. A guy handed me my food and when I asked for ketchup and mayo he closed the window. He returned a short time later and said they were out of BOTH ketchup and mayo!!! If that is true, it's completely BS. The burger and fries were both lukewarm. I sure wish I would have looked at the reviews first which by the way shows 3.0 stars! This is the Wendy's in the white oak shopping center close to Target. I will never eat here again and tell my friends and family to avoid this location! Even if the food would have been hot and fresh, the attitude of all the employees are a reason to never return!

We went about a year ago. It was the middle of the day, we went though the drive through and no one else was there. They sounded so annoyed that we were ordering food. We almost just left before getting the food but we got the food and have not gone back since then.

It’s Wendy’s not fine dining you know what you’re getting. My issue is this “no firearms” sign. You know who doesn’t follow that? Criminals, they don’t care. All that sign does is detract from legal and responsible gun owners. Guess what? I carry concealed and will always do so, I’m not going to be a victim because some corporate mouth breather is pushing their agenda onto citizens and paying customers.

I tried the sausage egg cheese biscuit today. It was like my grandma's biscuit, and it had a real fried egg on it, so delicious. My son tried the bacon egg cheese biscuit, and he ordered a second biscuit sandwich for a buck. This is an awesome deal; get it before it's gone!

I visited the wendys in white oak and received all old food and it was disgusting I couldnt even do a survey because they wouldn't give me a receipt or the store number. I ordered a 10pc chicken nugget with a baked potato. The nuggets were cold and old and the baked potato was hard which is surprising they would even sell it considering they have to open it and can physically feel how hard it was. It is burnt from sitting under the heat so long and not being rotated out adhering to the food holding times. I am extremely disappointed and will be visiting them for a full refund tomorrow. This is completely unacceptable and this location should be shut down if they can not find individuals who can follow simple food handling procedures. This will be the last time I visit this location everything was terrible. I ordered a JBC and the bread was HARD I could not believe the quality of food that was sold. If you get sick after eating FILE A REPORT because it is 100% their fault for simply not caring about the food being given away the bread is old the potato is old the chicken nuggets are old they cook the items and let it sit without rotating old food out this is despicable!

Told the cashier I wanted a plain chicken sandwich. Instead I got mayo, lettuce, and tomato on the sandwich. I was the only car in the drive thru.

The lady over the drive thru speaker was very rude and kept being short and cutting me off and yelling at other people in the background. She quoted back items incorrectly and asked me to repeat items because she would interrupt and start talking to others again, so I went inside to try and order again to ensure the order was accurate. The taller guy in there then said they could not take my order at the front register and said I'd need to finish my order with the drive thru register, even when I asked if they could juat cancel that and let me order inside. I ultimately just walked out. Bad attitudes and bad service.

My Burger was old . & it was suppose to come with 2 pieces of cheese only came with 1 . I won’t be back . They didn’t have certain things that’s suppose to come on some of the sandwich. Maybe the truck was late. I’m unsure .

Guy working counter was less than pleasant. It was like he didn't care to be there. After receiving food we went to set down and booths were dirty. Excessive amount of flies in building. I was embarrased to bring my 4 year old daughter here to eat. I Would not recommend going to wendys on timber drive in white oaks nc

June 2nd, between 6:15 and 6:25 p.m. – My family and I went to pick up a meal before heading to another place. My mom had placed the order online in advance so we could eat quickly and stay on schedule.
When we arrived, we received all of our food shortly after — all the orders were correct except for my mom’s. She politely went up to the counter to explain the issue, as her order had two ingredients she specifically didn’t want.
Unfortunately, the remake came back wrong again. She calmly asked them to fix it — again, not in a rude way. They remade it a second time and still got it wrong. At this point, they asked to see the mobile order, which my mom showed them. In response, one of the staff members said my mom didn’t have to be “rude,” even though she was just showing them what they had asked to see.
You can probably see where this is going. My mom returned to our table thinking they had finally gotten it right — but it was wrong for the fourth time. When she went back up once more, we overheard one of the workers say, “Here she comes again.”
Eventually, they did get the order right, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The staff lacked basic manners and professionalism. They spoke negatively about customers within earshot, blamed guests for their own mistakes, and accused people of being “rude” just for politely asking to have their order made correctly.
Customers should not have to tell employees how to do their jobs — especially when all we’re asking for is the order we paid for to be right.

Seats were dirty with ketchup stains, and table weren’t wiped AT all. Messed up my order FOUR times and got mad when we showed them the app. The staff were completely unprofessional and were talking shit while we were dining in. The experience in general was a 2/10.
