I came to eat last Sunday and the people that serviced me were very kind. Samia was very polite taking my order and Tia clarified a mix-up I'd had. The employees seemed to get along very well and were working quickly, and all my food was fresh and hot!

Shut this place down, seriously! The workers seem to hate their lives, the food is horrible and the atmosphere feels worse than a spooky cemetery.

I came here tonight on a Saturday. I thought it was odd how busy white oak was and there wasn't any cars in the parking lot and none in driveway , I almost thought they were closed. Anyways I parked and went inside. Soda machine had no ice , employee said they were out. So me and the family had to drink warm soda. The soda tasted off no matter it was flavor less. Fries tased old. Just nasty inside and poor quality. Was shocked especially because they were completely dead I would assume the food would come out fresh. Employees looked miserable just didn't look the most hugenic. I see why this place was dead.

The whole point of french fries is for them to be fried... not soggy dripping grease

Black woman at the drive through was so rude from the beginning I preferred to drive off than let her handle my food after she said “O my God!” After I asked her for my total

went there as a last option around 11pm last night. the lady who took my order was extremely rude and short immediately off the bat. would not bother to ask if there was anything else i needed to order, just complete silence. any time she would actually say anything it would be prefaced with huffing and puffing and angry mumbling under her breath, then she would finally raise her voice all upset to speak to me. i was nothing but polite the entire time.
then i pulled up to the window and see a 96.5 sanitation rating. yikes. i decided i didn’t want wendy’s anymore at that point. that’s a whole lot of attitude for such a low rating. i don’t plan on going back there again.

Beware of this location. My debit card information was copied when I handed it to the drive thru employee. I had not used it for days and as soon I used it at Wendy's, I had unauthorized charges the next day. I tried to call the location but was not connected to anyone to advise. Sad situation for the trustworthy that do work there, since there are others employed that aren't.

Always the most rude employees. Can’t take an order without properly following what I am saying. I am always repeating myself more than twice and the attitudes are insane. Nothing is that deep. I will never return.

It gets to a point where you get tired of being met with workers who have a very mono-attitude when you offer nothing but politeness and kindness. I went through the drive-through and my order was clear and concise. when I arrived at the window the worker asked me my order again, and I confirmed it clear and concisely. Only when I check my bag after I’ve driven off, Do I realize that my chives, extra chives I asked for more than once are not on the baked potato. I know it’s small but when I stated my order three times and it’s still messed up along with the attitudes being condescending is it then a problem. From personal experience, I know working in the food industry can be hard however we have to do better.

This location has turned into a dump. Mainly because of the management and staff. They clearly hate their lives and working here. Attitude and general fleecing of patrons. Spent $25 on crappy food and asked for a honey mustard. The employee with a straight face said it would be .54 cents. I laughed at her and drove away and will never come back. I can go to McDonald’s or Chick-fil-A and get as many as I want for free. Absolutely ridiculous. What are you gonna do next? Charge for napkins and straws.

I just went through the drive thru and the young man taking orders has a really bad disposition when it comes to customer service. You can hear the attitude in his tone and the window presence. If you’re going to present that type of attitude you should not be the face of the restaurant, customers are what makes your job possible. Customer service coaching should be an option for that young man.

Wrong order, cashier handled fries with bare hands

I know the trend is to complain about the lack of service, but I felt disregarded. No greeting or any type of communication other than the exchange of my card. It makes it feel icky to experience total apathy.

I literally parked my car just to write this review. The manager refused to offer even a single complimentary ranch, despite me being willing to pay for the rest of my order. On top of that, the manager’s attitude was unnecessarily rude. I wasn’t able to catch her name. To make matters worse, the food I received was cold. Truly disappointing from start to finish. If anyone at corporate Reads, this send me a message and I can show you a video of just how rude the employees can be.
