Just moved to the area and never experienced a Wendy’s like this one. I will drive out the way to go to a different one. The fries and food is always cold and the food is subpar on a consistent basis. No matter the time or the shift. I will be contacting corporate because it’s consistently terrible service.

Soo it’s 10:36 pm… my mom had went to wendys these folks talking about they done sold the last potato she ordered nuggets with fries and a drink it all came to 9$ and she asked why lady added something that she didn’t even get long story short pls don’t go to this location will try to run over on you if you don’t check your items or receipt . Also they getting a bit high with the lemonade drinks !

Ordered food, overcharged on a combo when I asked for just the sandwich. Also on the combo I did order i got the wrong sandwich. Then the same order I was missing my large fries.
Overcharged. Wrong food. Missing food. The cashier didn't seem interested in working. Horrible experience

Could use a good cleaning. Service was good could tell the cashier was new or something which was fine good luck girl! And my nuggets were cold but that's okay I can air fry them ! The thin mint frosty was good as heck!!!

Stopped here last night on our way home since it’s one of the closest ones to us & I haven’t had Wendys in over a year. I was very much craving a spicy chicken sandwich with extra lettuce add pickles & my bf got the classic Dave’s double, meals both of them. The fries were absolute trash, temp was so off & they kinda tasted like, I imagine, some old dirty socks would taste. Since those were tasted on our short drive home we ended stopping at BK too just to grab fresh fries!! Got home took a bite of my chicken sandwich only to bite into what felt like raw chicken, it wasn’t, but still the texture of it was sooo despicable I almost vomited. Two bites were taken out of that fake chicken sandwich, one from me & one from my bf & he a fat mfka so if he don’t eat my leftovers, that’s how I know it’s no bueno. I should have gotten the whole meal at bk instead😭 oh also FYI the Dave’s double was also trash & the employees were definitely not happy campers.

As usual for this restaurant over the years, it sucked. Unfortunately it's the only one near me. They forgot part of my order for starters. Second, I got my new mint Frosty and it was nothing like what they're advertising. All the choclately mint mix was all at the bottom. Once you get to the mix, it tastes good, although gritty. Two other parties had order issues while I was in the restaurant too.

The floor is always sticky and the drink machine needs to be cleaned the dinning area period is dirty and needs to be cleaned I did dine in and had to change my mind when I saw the conditions.
There so rude and gave me no fries, 1 sauce when I asked for 2 and they always give me a attitude when I’m ordering, this is bad service

Hello, I visited the Wendy’s on Timber Drive in Garner, NC on February 1, 2025.
A few observations about my visit.
Guest service did not matter to staff nor manager.
When we pulled up to the window, the staff member was having a full blown conversations with other staff members, no greeting was given!
Staff rudely stated “John handle this at the window” when I was being handed the wrong drink and I communicated it wasn’t the right beverage.
The manager then came to the window being very rude about “his wait time!”
I hope some training will be done for your evening time staff! Wasn’t satisfied at all with my visit.

The price for a small order of fries on the drive-up display reads $1.79 but when I got to the window (a mere 20 cards away) somehow inflation went nuts and the cashier asked for $2.91. Well either the tax was insane OR. Wendy's is falsely advertising their prices. What a rip off!!!!!
