Absolutely horrible service. They had my boyfriend waiting to order for 15 minutes. They didnt even have orders to make. The whole time they were just bullshiting, and taking there sweet as time, they made eye contact with him plenty of time and didnt say nothing at all. Like what the hell is wrong with this place.

Save your money. The food was cold and the service was slow. The fries were room temperature, the nuggets cold too, and just the food wasn’t that great. It used to be a good location, but recently it has gone down hill. Maybe it will get better and for some reason they had drama between other people that the cops had to show up.

I placed a mobile order to be picked up through the drive-thru. Arrived at this location and it was completely dead here. Absolutely no cars in the Drive-Thru. I pull up to the speaker and told him I had a mobile order, I had to repeat my name twice and then they told me that I needed to come inside to collect my order. I argued that I placed a mobile order to be picked up in the Drive-Thru and they tried to tell me that I still needed to come inside. I stood my ground and they finally told me to pull into a mobile order spot. They did bring me my food, but they told me that from now on I needed to come inside, because they were trying to make service faster when there were other cars in the Drive-Thru, by having mobile order customers come inside, regardless of the pickup type the customer entered into the app. Keep in mind this place was so empty that there were practically tumble weeds going through the parking lot.

Waiting in line 10 minutes before ordering. Then waited almost another 10 minutes before being told to pull up and wait on nuggets. Waited and then had to go inside for the food. After all that my food was still cold. I hardly ever have a great experience at this location. This area is exploding and they have the potential to make a lot of money but not serving cold food with long lines every day
This is the worst Wendy’s around stay away and save your money. The manager just lets her staff do whatever they want and more times than not their bullshitting with each other vs working! Making me stand there for 14 minuets waiting for my order. Then when the lady asked after 8 minutes how long on fries the dude who was on fryer never put any down. At that point I said something and the manager told me to calm down it’s coming. No don’t tell me to calm down get your shift in order!

I like Wendy's food but unfortunately it's always hit or mis depending on location. This Wendy's was beyond slow. I've been served faster at a sit down restaurant. When the food finally got brought to us after we pulled up, there was an apology which I appreciated. But then there were no straws, napkins or dipping sauces in the bag. So I had to walk in. The food was fine but definitely don't stop here if you're on the highway and in a hurry

I was there at 2:20 husband order a bacon Nader, his patties were and his bacon taste like Robert, I order a 10 piece nugget and a medium fry and my nuggets My nuggets had a weird taste, as if they haven’t changed out the fryer oil and my fries tasted strange as well
