I was there at 2:20 husband order a bacon Nader, his patties were and his bacon taste like Robert, I order a 10 piece nugget and a medium fry and my nuggets
My nuggets had a weird taste, as if they haven’t changed out the fryer oil and my fries tasted strange as well

Horrible Wendy’s, at least at night. The day time crew isn’t bad. The night crew is teenagers who will make you wait at the speaker for ten minutes despite having nobody in line, as well as turning off the lights to make it seem closed and they always forget half your food.

Outstanding Service from Joella at Wendy’s in Garner

I had an issue with an Uber Eats order not transferring properly to the store, and Joella went above and beyond to make things right. Without hesitation, she stepped in, made my order, and handled the situation with absolute professionalism and a positive attitude.

She was polite, efficient, and truly showed what great customer service looks like. In a time when good service can be hard to find, Joella deserves major kudos for her dedication and kindness.

Wendy’s is lucky to have her on the team—thank you, Joella!

I went through the drive thru last night worker Iyana gave me such amazing service as always! Everytime I stop by this Wendy’s she’s always working hard in that drive thru I don’t think I’ve ever been helped by anyone besides her. My sandwich was wrong I said no tomatoes because I’m allergic they tried to take the item off and give it back she threw the sandwich away and went and made it herself! She always takes care of me and makes sure my food comes out A1! As far as whoever made my sandwich needs to be retrained ASAP I will definitely be back around my usual time, tell Iyana to keep up the good work, service like that goes a long way with people!!!

Only two workers doing the jobs were four should have been. Manager cooking and working in the front with one person in window. 5:30 pm weekday. Gas station speedway is just nasty. It shares bathrooms with the Wendy’s

Came here late night around 1:30 am and Tavares (night manager with dreads) went above and beyond to deliver great customer service! He made sure our food was cooked promptly, that everything we needed was in the bag and even gave us a good laugh.

I swear, the kids who work there never listen. Every time I order a baked potato there's at least one thing missing that I asked for. This time there was no butter or sour cream. It's usually the same young girl at the drive-thru. Sometimes she's very nice but a lot of times she has an attitude so maybe she has a lot of bad days? There are two women who are managers there that are very nice and usually fix the problem but those kids really couldn't care less that they are at work and have a job to do.

If I could give no stars I would!! I want to say that the customer service needs major work! On two separate occasions I have stopped at this Wendy's for breakfast in the drive thru and both time have been greeted very rudely by the girl that runs the drive thru there! She has acted like she hates her job and it just kills her to have to do anything!! I think she needs a major attitude adjustment! Can't understand why people hate there jobs and think that they can just treat people any kind of way. If you hate your job that much then you need to find another job! Plus the management sucks apparently because if all these complaints on this location about how rude the staff is then they need to get rid of all them and start over with some customer service training!
