I don’t think they have ever gotten our order correctly. If the employees would pay more attention to quantities and flavors it would make a real difference. It makes sense why they have such a low review rating. And to even get them on the phone is a nightmare. I’ve waited on hold for an hour. No response no rectification. They need some accountability.

I understand that businesses get busy, and I’m the first to say I’m happy to see a business thrive. I’m more than willing to be patient and wait my turn when things are hectic. That said, customer service is extremely important throughout that process. When
employees begin speaking to customers however they want, as if the customer is a burden for simply walking in or calling to place an order, that’s where the line has to be drawn.
Being busy is a good thing, but treating customers like they are an inconvenience is not. On top of that, the food quality has steadily declined over time, which I’ve tolerated because I genuinely love the wings. However, poor customer service combined with declining food quality becomes too much to overlook.

Ordered only drums and only got 2 drums out of 10 and the pieces were like scrap pieces out of the bag don't live close so I could not drive back to fix it I'm an 45 mins away

Wingstop using cheap ultra processed seed oils to cook with, that is heated all day causes it to incorporate into cell membranes, damage mitochondria, increase oxidative stress, impair fat oxidation, promote insulin resistance, no thanks I will not eat at any Wingstop until the care about customers health

Me and my wife just moved here and the team over here at this wingstop knows how to go above and beyond! The chicken is ALWAYS fresh! Best Wingstop we’ve ever had. Plus it’s super clean inside.

I want to first start off saying this is the cleanliness location I've been to. I visited this location arou d 2:30pm and I ordered 10 piece boneless and fries. The grease that the food was cooked in was clean. You can tell buy the taste and the crispness of the fries.

Food always delicious hot and fresh I see a lot of customers coming in thinking there going to get there food right then and there like Bojangles,KFC, this place is cooked to order so yes u will have to wait for your food plus they do have a lot of online orders, deliverer orders Plus the customer orders I see 1st come 1st serve they try the best to get the customers in and out along with delivery orders and online orders so if u order from here please be patient with them if patient is not your thing then I wouldn't eat here I would go elsewhere ijs for all that can't wait

Was physically handed the wrong order. Politely called to ask about having the issue corrected and was told that it should have checked the bag that I was handed directly and that if I came back I “might” receive my correct order. I don’t believe I will be returning anytime soon.

Order was wrong after confirming multiple times. Lots of workers in the kitchen laughing not focusing on orders. Got home was put on hold several times, called from a different number for a member to pick right up..
Resolution: drive back to restaurant to fix order.
Suggest : with the amount of workers and orders coming in staff should triple check those orders before they’re sent out

I have never had a complaint with this location but today was different. I placed my order, PAID like one would and waited. Well when my name was called the guy asked if I had paid. I was very confused as you have to pay for your food before you get it! The customer service is obviously lacking
