We went in to order no one came up front. The place was crazy busy finally cashier came to register . She was yelling at the workers in the back. Hollering she is quitting. Then she told us before we order anything it is a hour wait. They have no help and people were missing orders. It was so unprofessional in there

This location is THE WORSTTT. The workers are terrible, they refuse to take orders , online, in person and won’t answer the phone after 11PM. DONT SEE WHY ITS OPEN UNTIL 12 if they refuse to take orders. And they hung up on me. This place sucks. Never go there.

Takes so long for your order and the staff that works there are rude and just sit around on their phone, kept asking for my order and when i finally got it , it was cold! HOW HARD CAN IT BE ITS

I ordered online at 7:50 and showed up to pick my order up at 8:10 when the website told me to, only to find that not only was my order not complete, but that it hadn’t even been started. All but one of the employees were arguing or just generally not doing their jobs. I waited there an extra 20 minutes just to open my order when I got back to work and find ten half shrunken, over cooked, mostly breading pieces of what shouldn’t qualify for chicken. Really unfortunate. I normally love wingstop but this was awful.

I ordered 35 wings, a large fry, two drinks and a large corn for delivery via the wingstop website. The status tracker was frozen so I called to check on my delivery order. The lady tells me she doesn’t know what to tell me because she can’t find an order under my name. Five mins later a gentleman shows up at my door with a sealed wingstop bag. I open the bag, and there’s eight wings, a French fry, and two drinks. I call back to the store, same lady answers, I request a manager, she puts me on hold for ten minutes and then asks why I need to speak to a manager. I explain the situation she says all she can do is take my name down, and have tomorrow’s opening manager remake the order TOMORROW. I say “respectfully, please go grab your manager.” The manager answers the phone and says he can’t do a redelivery because he doesn’t have drivers, and he can have the correct order made, as long as I come pick it up. If I could pick it up, I wouldn’t have placed a delivery order. I decline, and explain that I paid $55 including tip for it to be delivered, and they got the order wrong is there not something he can do? He offers a refund, which I accept, mind you he didn’t ask for my order number and the lady who answered said nothing came up under my name even though I verified the stores address and food was delivered. We will see if I actually get my refund, but this is the second time something like this has happened at this location, and I definitely will not be returning.

Fly on bye and don’t stop at this Wingstop. This was my first visit to the chain and what a disappointing meal.

Firstly the staff there does not care about the people waiting or helping them. Tables were dirty and order was filled very slowly. (10 mins for boneless wings and fries)

Ordered wings with Mild but did not know that was basically Cisco oil’d wings. No flavor. Good crunch, but so so oily.

Fries lacked any crunch and were uninspired to be sure.

My suggestion is go to Zaxby’s around corner and get better wings.

This was a mistake. Ordered and estimated pickup was 16- 21 minutes. Showed up 25 minutes later and they tell me it will be 45 minutes. They tell me I can't cancel and I have to come back tomorrow. What on earth. Four other customers waiting. So I'm admitting that I m not happy at this point. Guy working the fryers says he can have me out in ten minutes. He delivers and the wings I have to say are excellent.

Nobody makes better wings than Wingstop!! I have only tried their bone-in wings- and the sauces like mango habanero, lemon pepper, or Korean are awesome! Now add in their distinctive skin on french fries- no condiments needed! Food served quick and efficient! You can eat inside or outside.

Wow...just wow
I had a grown man screaming at me yesterday because I wouldn't take my order they remade because it was wrong ...again? I literally had to call the cops! He was acting like he was about to put his hands on me. Screaming at me to just take the food. But I'm not going to take food I'm not going to eat. Kinda ALOT to explain. And not to mention the father who stepped in, he also got in his face about to fight that guy in front of his kids. The other employee stood behind the grown man screaming at me? The manager the night before told me she would replace my order. So I came to pick it back up, well it was still wrong and this guy was saying his manager told him to not replace the whole order? But she told me she would? I got the name of the manager the night before and the guy just didn't care. I was told one thing, apparently she told him something else? And according to him I should be thankful he replaced the whole order so just take the damn food? Yes I am thankful, but that doesn't change the fact I can't eat this food. I could've been asked if id like to pay for them to fix it....a third time...I wasnt given another choice besided being screamed at to take this food and be happy? In the end he wouldn't even give me the food, said he would give me a refund but gave no proof he did a refund? ?‍♀️ Just overall horrible. I will be following up with corporate, another manager, the owner.....any and all avenues I have to follow I will. Because this was truly the opposite of customer service. I wen mmt to get me and my son food just to be verbally assaulted. Please, fire this guy, and the lady working thinking all this was ok....before some gets hurt by him! Mark my words...it's coming soon smh

Wanted to add on that the wings they tried to give me the bottom of the box was COVERED in grease/butter whatever it was. I asked if it was supposed to be that greasy and I was told yes. ?‍♀️. I said well it wasnt like this last night, but ok ?‍♀️
I go to the Clayton one after this and no greasy bottom? Smh

Roach on the counter, order wrong after a 30 minute wait, no drink with my order no ice in drink machine. Cooperate should shut this place down before someone gets really sick. I'm never going back and neither should you.

Got a 20 piece boneless wing last night they told me it would take a hour when I came to pick it up the food was cold and the fries were burnt. Definitely would not recommend this wingstop to anybody worst experience I’ve had with a wingstop by far.
