Was physically handed the wrong order. Politely called to ask about having the issue corrected and was told that it should have checked the bag that I was handed directly and that if I came back I “might” receive my correct order. I don’t believe I will be returning anytime soon.

Order was wrong after confirming multiple times. Lots of workers in the kitchen laughing not focusing on orders. Got home was put on hold several times, called from a different number for a member to pick right up..
Resolution: drive back to restaurant to fix order.
Suggest : with the amount of workers and orders coming in staff should triple check those orders before they’re sent out

I have never had a complaint with this location but today was different. I placed my order, PAID like one would and waited. Well when my name was called the guy asked if I had paid. I was very confused as you have to pay for your food before you get it! The customer service is obviously lacking

I have never had even decent service here, it's always horrible. The wings are good and the prices are good, but every single time I place an order here it takes an hour or more to get it. I order online and go to pick it up only for them to have never even started it, or tell me they're working on it. One time I waited 45 minutes for my order once I got in and I kept checking on it and the kept telling me they were working on it only for someone else to find it on the shelf, where it had been the whole time. I've also gotten it home before only for the order to be completely wrong; and not as if they gave me someone else's order, just completely wrong. This time my husband ordered online when I left work which is about 25 minutes away, I even made a 15 minute stop before getting here and not only was my order not done, it hadn't even been started. As of right now it's been an hour since the order was placed. Pay these people more and maybe they'll put some care into their work.

Great first visit, so good I went back and now we are done. Ordered online and waited for 30 minutes past my promised time. Tons of employees not working. One who smoked a cigarette outside and came back in and did not wash her hands before going back to work. Another who continuously touched his nose. Finally got my order and got home to discover they did not give me my full order. Paid for 10 tenders and received only 4 along with 5 boneless wings. Won't be back.

I ordered 2 can dine special for my daughter and I. We had mixed with hot honey and the lemon hot wings and lemon seasoned corn. 10/10 hands down! Salute to whomever cooked it. The food was very flavorful.

Absolutely terrible experience with this Wingstop location. I placed an order and they shorted me 20 wings. When I called to get it fixed, their solution was for me to drive 20 minutes back to pick up the wings they forgot. I asked if they could deliver them or offer a better solution, and the manager was rude and unhelpful, even hanging up on me when I asked them to make it right.

They told me I could come back tomorrow for fresh wings or wait 7–10 days for a refund on the missing items. No real apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make it right unless I went out of my way to fix their mistake. Completely unprofessional. Won’t be ordering from this location again. 👎

Absolutely disgusted by the way my family and I were treated at this Wingstop location. We had just come out of the movies, excited to eat, and walked in to place an order. Instead of being greeted with basic respect, we were yelled at by the employee who barked that they were only taking mobile orders — no sign, no heads-up, nothing. The tone and attitude were completely unnecessary and downright rude.
We weren’t even given a chance to ask questions or clarify — just attitude, eye rolls, and pure unprofessionalism. It’s one thing to have policies; it’s another to treat paying customers like they’re a nuisance. My family left hungry and shocked by how poorly we were treated.
This location clearly has no idea what customer service means. Won’t be coming back, and I’ll be warning others to stay away too. Do better.
