Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Just lost our business. $35 and nothing was right. We ordered traditional wings and received sad tiny little barely sauced nuggets. About 3 bites of coleslaw. Cold fries. Since I was feeding 3 hungry men - let’s just say there was dissatisfaction. You seemed to have plenty of staff so I don’t know what the issue is?

I usually go to another Zaxby's in Clayton and the difference between the two are vast. They're super stingy with everything. My peach tea barely had any peach flavoring and was 90% ice. My salad was tiny, the cheese curds were tiny. The chicken in the tacos didn't even take up half the taco and had like three pieces of shreded lettuce per taco.The staff is nice. Someone higher up needs to chill.

I ordered a chicken finger plate & a wings & things around 4:30. Once I got home I noticed the chicken was so hard, dry & overcooked that I couldn’t eat it! The FF’s were the same! Maybe they were left over from lunch! My daughter managed to eat most of hers but was sick all night long!! When paying $26 for 2 plates I expect more!!

I called to make a complaint and the manager Daili was very rude! I ordered a family pack with boneless wings and I didn't want my chicken tossed in sauce, I wanted it on the side. I live about 30 mins from that location and the only option she gave was to bring it back for remake which is crazy cause gas isn't cheap and neither is the food!! By the time I would've even got there they would've been getting ready to close! I do not recommend this location!!

I couldnt find my receipt for the survey but Brandon in drive thru was excellent!

The portion size for the salad seamed smaller than previous visits to other Zaxbys in the area.

If I could give a “0” I would. I filed a complaint with BBB and they did not respond so BBB is taking further action.

I went to zaxby's and there were about 2 customers. I had to wait an extended amount of time for my order to be taken. Once I placed my order, I had to repeat it several times but I did not mind because I had a special request and i wanted it correct. I got home, got the boys showered and in bed for school, then I sat down to have my dinner. My order was not what I requested.

I ordered boneless wings and received traditonal. My nibblers were not extra saucy as requested and my tenders were over cooked.. I called the store and spoke to someone who pretended to be the supervisior. She advised that if I did not have my receipt, I could not get a refund which i never mentioned.

When i proceeded to tell her she was not keeping my hard earned money no matter the value, she then placed the real supervisor (Kay) on the line. Kay proceeded to tell me the same thing. I told her that I did not have the receipt but I had just left there and I could show my card and the total from the credit card app. I even recommended that she perform an order search by using my card number.

She stated that I would not get a refund and blatanty disconnected the call. I eat at Zaxby's all the time and it is one of my favorite restaurants so I did not think I would need to keep the receipt nor did I anticipate having an issue with my order. My oldest son had burger king and he took the garbage out after he finished his meal.

This location is totally rude and unprofessional. I was never asked how I wanted this resolved. They have young kids and a supervisor that do not care at all about service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!

After being a customer for over ten years I am more than disappointed. The price is $4 more for ten boneless wings and they are half the size they used to be. And they were dried out and flavorless. This was the third strike, as the previous two visits were not much different. I'm looking for a new wing place. And I'm frustrated because I come from Upstate NY where great wings are always nearby!!!

It was also the last time I’ll ever enter Zaxbys. Not everyone is a Christian. I came to eat not be groomed into a religion. Do better.
