Just came through the drive-thru. Had no fork for my coleslaw, no straw for my drink, no napkins and only one Zack sauce when I asked for extra.

The worst zaxby I've ever been in. I never got the salad. waited over 40min all the people behind got they food i never received mine. Supervisor are childish the manager are very rude. Please don't eat here.

Very great very fast and great customer service, the food is amazing also serenity was very sweet and patient!

My meal totaled $29.00 for 10 Chicken fingers, regular fries, large sweet tea and an order of cheesecake bites. The chicken, fries, tea were delicous but I was upset when I went to get my cheesecake bites only to find out that they forgot to put the strawberry sauce in the bag. I do NOT want to go back out just to get the sauce. SMH!!!

When I go to Zaxby's I get a decent amount of food. I got a six finger plate with a Cobb salad on the Cobb salad. There was no cheese and cheese is my favorite part of the Cobb salad and every single one of my fingers I finished in one bite. Typically it takes me two or three to finish a finger, but I can't believe how small these fingers actually were. It's more like I was eating the nuggets overall. It was a good service, the quality and what I've come to expect from Zaxby's for food. It just wasn't there at this place

The food was okay, but they gave us burnt toast, forgot the sauces, only half filled the drinks, and I had to reach out my window to get the food as the person did not want to actually hand it to me. They also got one of the orders wrong even though I confirmed it at the window with them.

Usually they aren't this bad, so it probably depends on who is working. There was a bunch of kids working this day so they probably were just slogging through the day.

Nighttime staff is super rude , attitudes terrible and my order was wrong.

It is 9:09 pm and I was looking forward to having dinner at Zaxby’s. The door for the lobby was closed and I did not understand why, on the door it even said they had “extended hours”. It’s all a lie, I parked by the drive thru lane so I asked the employees at the window if there was a reason why the door was locked on both sides, they said they closed the inside lobby early. I asked them if they could tell the manager to put a sign on the door if that was the case, the employee ignored me and shut the drive thru window really hard. Terrible customer service. Never coming to this Zaxbys again.

Ordered wings n things and egg rolls. The wings were the tiniest we've seen and the egg rolls looked like they were fried in old oil.

Just lost our business. $35 and nothing was right. We ordered traditional wings and received sad tiny little barely sauced nuggets. About 3 bites of coleslaw. Cold fries. Since I was feeding 3 hungry men - let’s just say there was dissatisfaction. You seemed to have plenty of staff so I don’t know what the issue is?
