I do not understand how this place even has 3 stars. This place is absolutely atrocious! Health board will be called. Room is filthy. I saw cockroaches as soon as I came in. You can tell bed sheets have not been changed in quite some time.

We stayed here on our drive back from Florida. We were able to get a cot (roll away) for an additional small fee. The room had a fridge and a microwave. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet despite being so close to the highway. It was very easy getting on/off the highway and there was a gas station close by to fill up before we departed. The breakfast included oatmeal, angels, cereal, coffee, and tea. The owner and the staff were very helpful and kind. This place will be fine if you’re looking for a place to stop overnight.

My husband needed a halfway point to get some sleep before finishing our drive This was absolutely the most disgusting place we have ever stayed in. Reservation was for a King size bed, room we received had 2 double beds, the smell was beyond awful. Hairdryer was ripped off the wall, bathroom was beyond disgusting I can’t even describe it. Sheets were so gross I had to sleep fully clothed because the thought of touching the sheets made me cringe. Tiny bugs flying all over the place. The “breakfast” consisted of a gallon of milk and some cornflakes! Not even sure how this place is still in business. There is NO WAY this passes any heath inspections!!!! Sleeping in your car would be a better option, trust me! Never again. Gross!!!!

Do not waste your money! My husband and I are on our way to Surfside Beach, SC and tired from driving 10 hours. Literally every other hotel around here is booked (Sat. night, but not a holiday). I thought, “How bad can it be?” BAD!! I am lying on the bed fully clothed because I don’t think the sheets are clean. The telephone is so filthy that I can’t imagine anyone wanting to touch it. There was a bug crawling on the floor and dust/grime everywhere. The check-in person was very pleasant but that is the only positive comment I can make about this place. I can’t believe a health inspector has ever been here- it should be condemned. We are opting to sleep in the car.

Roll the dice the price depends on who is at the front desk. They auction off the rooms with no regards to in app price. Charged market rate on off market days. Could care less that I am a Platinum Member for 15 years now. This place has been going down hill for years then hit bottom. No worries though, the have shovel to reach even lower depts!! Keep going up the road for the same price, better establishment, and people that understand What a Platinum Member is!

Room was dirty, no towels, bugs, cigarette smell and burns in sheets, offered breakfast but there was nothing given. The service was not friendly and felt like I was being an inconvenience for both check in and check out

Terrible experience, the room had a bad smell (it was supposed to be none smoking but smelled like smoke) then I find that I'm sleeping with TICKS. The shower stall had a crack on one edge the towels were like paper towels.

Bathroom had mold on walls and old mold painted over on ceiling. Poor lighting...6 spots for light bulbs in room and only 3 bulbs.AC did not work.Check is staff on Saturday evening was good however check out staff on Sunday morning did not want to be bothered.

I checked out within 45 minutes of my arrival. My check in was very strange & Took at least 20 min. They were not ready for me at 1:30 am when I arrived. They weren’t sure my room was clean and ready or what room I was to go to. Once I got to the room the furniture was so full stains is gross the bed was gross I couldn’t sit down anywhere in that room let alone sleep for a couple hours. I checked out within 10-15 minutes of being in that room. I may not use Booking.com etc again because I have no idea how to get a refund back due to the situation but the hotel said it’s not their problem.
I'm in-between housing due to COVID and my experience with this establishment is terrible due to inexperienced staff and poor people skills or just do not care about return customers. I have taken all issues up with management

I booked on booking.com. The pictures do not reflect the condition of this hotel. When I drove up the unattached check in building look like it may fall down at any time. I arrived around 1130 pm. and I got checked in a little after midnight. One of the ladies checking me in was up beat. Well, the other I thought was on METH or something. She mumbled, had a conversation with herself while checking people in, and was very fidgety. THE ROOM.....Let me start with the beds. The sheets had holes in them. They may have been the original ones a long with the stained bedspreads from 40 plus years ago. My looked like it had been sat on prior to my arrival. The carpet looked like it had never seen a carpet shampooer. The bathroom was not clean. I would have left and cut my losses on this reservations, but I had been driving for 9 hours and was very sleepy. I did not know when I would see another hotel again down the road. I slept long enough to get some rest to get up and immediately leave. I didn't even take a shower there. I felt like the road grime was cleaner than me taking a shower there.

Never stay here. The problems are too long to list but here's a few. Filthy room and bathroom. Water in sink was a trickle and there were no cups for coffee or to brush teeth. TV didn't work at all. This was literally the last room available and we needed sleep or I would have gotten back on raod and left this dilapidated dump.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was the worst hotel experience in my life. It is disgusting and smells really gross. Everything is old and filled with dust. They were never cleaned or updated. You need disposable gloves to touch anything and disposable footwear to walk on the filthy floor. The microwave was broken, the refrigerator was dirty, the toilet seat was broken, the towels were as dirty as a floor mop, and the list goes on and on. I feel bad for the kids since I had to constantly warned them not to touch anything in the nasty smelly room. The only plus about this place was the “super nice” front desk woman.

Spacious & quiet. Fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi, lights all work. Only three pillows on a queen bed...all disgusting. The pillows need to be in a landfill. Linens smelled like they had been stored in a box for months. Floors are fifthly....my white socks gave immediate testimony. Great location, nice lady up front. Bring your own pillows, some spray linen freshener and some disposable foot covers. If all you want is some sleep and a shower....it is priced accordingly.
