Showed up at 12am and payed 22$ for two chicken plates that were over cooked in old grease. Maybe took 3 bites i pulled the rest apart looking for an edible piece. Very disappointed

This is the last Hardee’s location in the US with fried chicken, and we stop to get some every time we come through. They still have the best fast food fried chicken, hands down 🌟⭐️🌟. We love it, please don’t ever stop!!!

Use the drive-thru because if you walk inside You'll lose your appetite. Entire place is filthy, trash is overflowing, no napkins in the dispenser. The people hate working there.

Was so pleasantly surprised by the superbly quick service for filling an order for the large family chicken, biscuits and sides takeout for a Saturday night when parking lot looked empty and everything was absolutely delicious. Great job having fresh, hot biscuits this time of day. Having honey and or preserves available for them would be a recommendation.
Excellent service from Brenda Banks and Rashaunda Jones. I go to this Hardee's in Gaston every morning before work because the service is extraordinary and my favorite biscuit is so good from from there. 10/10 Recommend.

Did not honor online order that was paid...a 2 piece dark/white entree/snack can be purchased online for $4.99 versus at the store. It clearly states mixed pieces of dark and white pieces for that price, but since the picture showed seemingly dark pieces, the manager and other staff would not allow any white meat to be given. I was comped $10 via online concerns, hence the extra star. The 2 pieces of dark meat was not good at all, hard, old, and the thigh was dark and bloody like...had to throw it out. My daughter ate the leg. I'll edit with a picture if I find it. It was about a couple of months ago for this visit.
