Did not honor online order that was paid...a 2 piece dark/white entree/snack can be purchased online for $4.99 versus at the store. It clearly states mixed pieces of dark and white pieces for that price, but since the picture showed seemingly dark pieces, the manager and other staff would not allow any white meat to be given. I was comped $10 via online concerns, hence the extra star. The 2 pieces of dark meat was not good at all, hard, old, and the thigh was dark and bloody like...had to throw it out. My daughter ate the leg. I'll edit with a picture if I find it. It was about a couple of months ago for this visit.

Fairly good food. They are extremely slow cooking on some items. Prices are high especially the chicken. The air conditioning doesn't work too well. The afternoon crew is rude and argumentative. Constant bickering among the employees.

Biscuit was like chewing rubber! Not to mention just a chicken Biscuit with a tea was $9!?! Should be criminal to serve that garbage for that price

I just went there for lunch.The girl working the drive thru window must either hate her job or hate customers.She wouldn't speak a word.No " hey , welcome to Hardee's...thanks, have a nice day." Nothing.Just take your card, close the window
