I definitely will never go back here. When you keep the bathroom door locked and have to ask for a key in a restaurant there's something wrong with that.

Went through drive through ordered two combos got the food realized 1 curly fry was missing. Went inside ask for the missing was told only got 1 curly fry on order. I said two more times to girl I got combos which came with fries. So I grabbed bag it ripped a d fell on floor I walked out and was followed by three employees threatening and hollering at me. Never again. All I wanted was what I paid for.

The food is great, and I didn't have to wait long with 4 people in front of me. 10 more people came in after I did. They were doing a 2 person job. They only had 4 people working too, and still didn't have to wait long, and the food was cooked after I ordered it. I'm thinking how ever long it takes to cook 3 bacon burgers, and 2 chicken sandwiches, and 3 milk shakes. That's the fastest I ever been served, when they had to cook it after I ordered it. How ever long it takes to cook, is how long I had to wait. They had it in the bag quick. One woman did the taking orders and putting the order in the bag. That was at around 12:30 P.M.

Tried the fried turkey sandwich. To my surprise, it was better than expected! It was juicy but neatly put together. The bun was soft & the veggies were fresh. It was a nice sized, flavorful sandwich. I t seemed to be popular. It's an item they should consider bringing back every year from November thru December 31st.

My mother walk in to arby to use the women's restroom and was told the doors were locked so my mom kindly asked for the key or for the door to be unlocked so she can use the restroom and a employee rudely asked if she was gonna buy anything and she can't use the restroom unless she order something from the menu
I’m always disappointed by Arby’s. You ask for fresh fries and you get soggy ones. The staff are not that friendly. Every now and then you get a good one. I feel like they just slapped the sandwiches together so one side has all the fixings and the other side is just bread. They need to do better.

Thank you for still taking my order 15 min before closing. I work late hours and just wanted a quick dinner that was also good! The Arby's closest to my house wouldn't take my order at 9:46 so I drove all the way to Gastonia just so I could try to get Arby's because that's what I had my heart set on. So again thank you for actually working and accommodating your customers!
Kid-friendliness: My kid likes to talk to everyone, and lots of times people in fast food are rude and ignore him when he says hello. The lady at the window who gave us our food made sure to say hey to my son who is four. Thanks for being kid friendly and not ignoring him while he was politely saying hello.
