I frequent this Arby's and this was my first bad experience with their food. The Market fresh turkey bacon has always been a favorite. I wanted to try the fish. So I did the 2 for 6 because I was heading into a 12 hour shift. Ate the fish first on my way into work. It was fried hard as a brick, and I won't do that again. After med pass. I go for the market fresh turkey bacon. Worst one I ever got. The bread was hard like it had been sitting out. You can see what the vegetables looked like. The bacon looked like 1 tiny strip they tried to split three ways. The dressing was in a spont in the middle of the bread and was congealed. See photo. I was shocked and disappointed. Hoping it was just a fluke.

Excellent health score watched an employee come from outside after pulling around in drive thru and start taking orders ….. manager told me fries were fresh not if I can touch them and they are like warm ……… went inside to make sure the fries were fresh only for her to salt the fries over the oil which salt is a component that breaks oil down…. (Salt soap foreign objects water and high heat)

Ok so ive ordered online a few times from this location and NEVER get my apple turnovers , no refund no replacements no nothing and each time I call I am told they are out of turnovers ! I have to call to be told that yet not offered any solution. Again tonight I go in store and surprise no turnovers ! I swear at this point it's worse then the never working McDonald's ice cream machine 😒 I was literally the only customer ordered 2 roast beef and a fry amd it took 20 mins . The floors were so sticky it was insane my shoe was literally sticking to the floor and now my shoes are sticky . I would choose a different arbys because this one hasn't made any efforts to do better . Still trying to figure out how I waited 20 mins for cold roast beef but whatever that's the last time I'll give them a chance to change my mind

I only go to Arby's for 1 thing, a Jamocha shake. They never disappoint. Every time it's just so dang good! Idk what even in those things, I assume it's coffee flavor and chocolate but either way it's one of the most consistent places to get a milkshake unlike that other restaurant franchise with the ice cream machine that never works ?
