I ordered crinkle fries and they gave me curly fries, cold cold curly fries like right out the fridge. I asked for ketchup and mayo when the associate was handing me the bag and he still didn't put it in there so I had to back up and knock on the windows to get it due to no one being around. Pulled off and went to eat the sandwich and it was just as cold and I also got a cup of cheddar and it was cold! It was all cold jlikenitbhad just been taken out of a fridge. Really disappointed and will not be going back to this Arby's ever again!
