Bad Daddys Burger Bar

Had movie reservations for 7:05 got to bad daddy’s for dinner with no wait at 6:20 … ordered waters and food waited patiently for about 35 min or longer and the waitress came back and said the food was never put in to make and that she would have them start it. Had ate here once before and I suggested this spot tonight. Kinda ruined the night.

This was our second time eating here in the last week. The first experience was wonderful and the food both times was great. Unfortunately, the second experience wasn’t so great and we will not be going back. My husband and were sitting in the dining area and we ordered draft beers. The bartender set them on the bar for our waitress to pick up shortly after we ordered them. After about 10 minutes another waitress brought the beers which wasn’t really an issue. When my husband finished his beer, he put his napkin inside of the cup and then realized that there was red lipstick on the rim of the glass. Apparently during the 10 minutes the beers were sitting at the bar, someone drank out of his cup. I spoke with the manager who was a guy with a long ponytail and glasses. He didn’t seem to think this was disgusting and said he would make sure they “polish” their glasses better. I explained to him that was fresh bright red lipstick and not just a polishing issue. He said oh sorry and offered to give us the drink for free. I told him we didn’t need anything for free and just wouldn’t be coming back. I believe the bartender should maybe place the drinks that are ordered for the dining area somewhere other than the bar where people who are sitting at the bar may accidentally pick up a cup and drink it. This is the first time this has ever happened to us but are disgusted at the fact that someone else drunk out of the cup 🤮🤢 I feel as if the manager needed to have a little more concern. The food as I mentioned before was great but we won’t be returning and my husband may never drink another draft beer in his life lol.. I wished I would have got a picture but as soon as I brought it to the waitresses attention she grabbed the glass and quickly went to the kitchen area.

I order from here pretty regularly. Highly recommend the smokehouse burger and the Not Your Mamma's deviled eggs. SO good.

Just sat for 9 minutes at the bar and no one acknowledged my presents.. looked like no staff was concerned with any customers. Too bad cause I like this place. So I just left.

The best burgers in Gastonia! After much shopping, I look forward to a good reasonably priced meal with my family or friends. This is my go to spot when the family comes from out of town. The food is "kiss the chef" fantastic! Good appetizers, cold beer, and great burger's (beef and turkey). They also have a vegan burger I have yet to try.

Extremely disappointed. Haven’t ordered delivery from Bad Daddy’s in a very long time because I had horrible experiences the last few times. Decided to give it another try tonight. Took almost 2 hours for the food to be delivered. My child’s entree was missing and all of our food was cold. The driver arrived in plenty of time and was left waiting quite awhile for our order. So unfortunate as it used to be one of my favorite places to eat.

I left this establishment and saw employees around back smoking a joint. This is 1 illegal and 2 disgusting. Will never eat here again!

Gastonia location has an awesome manager named Scott. His customer service is out the roof and manages his team very well. Our service was incredible.

I made a mistake ordering a buffalo burger thinking it was a buffalo chicken sandwich and not only did the manager apologize as if it was their mistake he went out his way to have the kitchen make a buffalo chicken sandwich even though it was not actually on the menu. It was the best I’d had! Amazing service

The burgers absolutely delicious I had a bean burger and it was cook to perfection, you must try pumpkin and Chunky Elvis shakes they so delicious and satisfying.

I wish I could give this establishment seven stars! In October, they have this bratwurst burger with onions, bell peppers, and a pretzel bun with beer cheese, and it was SO good! The fries were great, as well as the homemade chips and sauces! I will definitely be back here! Oh! The waiters and waitresses are so nice, and know customer service! Please stop here to eat!

Ordered appetizer of fries and soda. Waitress had a pissed off attitude from the beginning when she approached our table. We didn't even continue to oder. We immediately left to find a place to eat. Not EVER going back.

Note: The manager replied back with an email about my complaints. He stated in defense of the poor experience that maybe the person had a death in the family.....or maybe her husband was cheating on her! WHAT!!! Unbelievable.
#1 If you have an employee that had a death in the family....LET THEM HAVE TIME OFF.
#2 A CHEATING HUSBAND EXCUSE! REALLY?!

I have always gone to work and done my job no matter what and given 100%. NO EXCUSES

If you go to this establishment know what kind of people your dealing with. By the way, it's a male manager that responded.
