So sad. Ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough layered sundae. The picture online is a sundae in a pretty parfait cup. For 8.19. But got a cup with very little ice cream in it. The cookie dough tastes freezer burnt. So disappointing. But I didn't check the reviews first. After calling they said they will refund, which is good.

I wish I could put a negative review… I’ve tried visiting this locations four times in the 5 years I’ve lived in the area, and I’ve left each time empty handed. This visit I asked about an item and was told “ I’m sorry I can’t help you, and we’re closing in 40 minutes “. The employees act like they don’t want to be there, they’re very rude.. but without making eye contact like that changes anything. The ownership should be embarrassed and should consider re-staffing and implementing training as I’m sure this location isn’t very profitable.

TERRIBLE! Don't bother ordering online they don't have the flavors..ordered a basic Bannans Split and another but chose different flavor ice creams. They didn't have Bannanas, rum raisi. Or Jamoca fudge photo is a 3 scoop Ice cream when I opened it. Never again. Donuts coffee and ice cream are so disappointing. Much better places in the area so dintwaste your time or money.

I had a great experience.I had peanut butter/chocolate ice cream. I can not find this in Charlotte.The man who helped me was so professional and helpful. He said they always had peanut butter/chocolate ice cream because so many people liked it.He was outstanding!

Used to be great now they're totally terrible attitudes of the employees are nasty they're unprofessional and condescending not to mention cannot get an order right clearly management has changed whoever's overseeing the store should be fired along with their horrible staff

I used to go here all the time until they started claiming they didn't have the ingredients for a Cappuccino blast aka Coffee and icecream. Pretty funny considering I ordered a coffee instead and they obviously had icecream. Explain that.

Great Ice Cream from Baskin Robins and The Bestest Dunkin Donuts in Gastonia. I give it the Best in NC. Clean as a whistle, Food is cooked to perfection and The manager Tracy and Her Employees are all Nice and Considerate. They are all Above Board. I drive miles to this Dunkin/ Baskins location???????
