I’m not usually a review person, but had to leave a review for Tiffany at the Gastonia Blaze Pizza. My family has pizza night every Friday and my son has a dairy allergy. Tonight I made the mistake of ordering our pizzas while I was distracted by my toddler and accidentally selected “add mozzarella” to one of our dairy free pizzas. Instead of just making the pizza as ordered, Blaze called me immediately to make sure that we wanted we wanted vegan cheese AND mozzarella, which obviously we did not! I know it probably sounds dramatic to put it like this, but she saved pizza night with that phone call! Thank you for caring about your customers!

The manager of this store needs a big raise because he hold it together and deals with a younger staff that can be difficult and not understand and listen. He does is with grace and I'd keeping it together and keeping this location running and on point. Thanks for turning what was looking to be a huge bad thing into the positive nice helpful thing you did and making the Blaze name and product top notch at this location! Korbens most fav restaurant and pizza!

My husband and I needed a quick meal before heading back home. So he did a little research and found this nice pizza spot. You can create your own pizza and choose from different beverages. Highly recommend the cinnamon bread. It's sweet and savory with enough icing to the touch.

Employees closed up shop early and wouldn't let anyone in unless they had placed an online order, the door handle was broken and literally swinging loose from the door. The employee actually smiled really big when he informed me they only let people in that had placed to go orders, I was there 20 minutes before they closed.

Although I enjoy blaze for its variety of options when making your own pizza, the staff at this location couldn't get my order straight. I order online in advance, and they didn't have my order ready. When letting them know the situation, it made me seem like it wasn't their fault.

3 people here and only one taking orders despite a line.I specifically asked whether they had straws today before I ordered drinks because putting my mouth on cup lids other people have put their hands on is a no no. Cashier said yes. After I paid I asked for a straw and he says he doesn't have any. Then had an attitude when I wanted my money back for the 2 drinks. Then to top it off, I get burned pizza. Not coming back after this.

The atmosphere is insufferable due to unprofessional behavior by the staff. A tall individual working near the oven was scratching his hair as our group walked in...and then this same person made the decision to say "Welcome to Pizza Hut" as the rest of the staff stared in some sort of unmotivated stupor. My friends and I waited, deciding if we wanted to deal with the nonsense when the hair scratcher stepped up to begin adding toppings. After informing the person who I was told was the lead about our concerns, we proceeded to leave and go to Saki which was a much better experience. Maybe the hiring manager should look a little closer at who he hires to serve the public, because the entire staff working @ 8PM Saturday night on 10/19/2024 was an absolutely PATHETIC display of customer service

Ordered pizza, drinks & bread sticks as takeout to take to hospital Bread was forgotten so pizza was getting cold while waiting for bread. Ordered three drinks to go and was not given a cupholder. No straws available. Disappointed in first visit for sure

Good taste; pizza could use more meat (italian sausage is what we ordered) & while we don't desire much in the way of a thick crust it could've been a bit thicker. We'll be back.

me and my boyfriend and his friend went today.. (first time), the lady that was working the front in a chef looking shirt had no problem explaining and answering my questions… love how the pizza is a thin crust crispy but not burnt great employees 10/10
