Stopped at this Bojangles on our way home after a long road trip. It was about 9:35 when we got here. The store closes at 10 so I wasn’t shocked that after completing my order with the AI representative, I was informed they were out of legs and thighs. Ok, no big deal. My other order was a supremes combo. Can we swap the 2-pc out for another supremes combo? The drive through attendant is discussing with another employee the cost difference. Then she says, oh, we don’t have bottled water either. Weird but ok, so I just asked, what do you have? She responds, oh we’re out of unsweet tea too. And we’re out of biscuits. I just looked at her, kind of puzzled and said just cancel it. Cancel the order.

Bojangles Management, either serve food up until closing time or change your hours. Your employees either don’t want to do any work, or they’re lying to your customers to avoid having to be there after closing (a reality that every single restaurant in existence has to account for and manage.)

This was the most ridiculous exchange I’ve ever had with a restaurant employee. She was rude, indignant, lacked training, lacked any sort of motivation, and made no attempt to apologize for the situation. Simply inexcusable. Owner and manager should be ashamed of this representation of their store and their brand.

I really like this location. The servers are friendly and polite. My food is hot and my order is always accurate. They always have hot sauce, honey and strawberry preserves too!

No jangles what is going on. I usually say nice things about our restaurants when it’s there to speak of. The last five times we’ve been to this restaurant “over a couple of years “ what used to be a good place has gone downhill. During these times we didn’t get our correct order twice, left biscuits out of another order. Sides were wrong on another. Each time the restaurant was contacted by phone, they seemed to care less. On one occasion we were told “ we’re out of chicken “ REALLY. That’s what you’re best known for. The remodeling hasn’t helped the lack of good service, or product.

I mean did they stop putting seasoning on the fries. They rush you through your order, and then throw it on the counter for you when it's done without even checking to see if you need anything else. Come on can we at least put some napkins and ketchup in the orders. I can say food was hot and fresh.
They just need to take little things Into consideration to make the customers experience a little better.

The lady at the drive thru window told me that couldn’t get honey mustard at the window… and that I had to drive all the way around to get it. When no one was behind me. And I was willing to pay for it at the window. Never in my life have I experienced this. Complete nonsense. It gave spiteful.

The Real Keisha

I ordered a 3 wing dinner, but with only one side, and a Cajun biscuit combo (Bo size). They gave me the price and when I got to the window, she said they didn't have any wings. I asked for tenders instead. She offered legs. I asked again for tenders, so she agreed to the 3 tenders. She then told me the same price that she said originally with the wing dinner. She didn't rering the transaction. I asked if it was the same price and she said "basically". I'm not sure if that's true. When I got home, my meal was fine, but my son's had a medium fry. The food was good, just not sure about the service.

Horrible attitude. Didn’t even order or acknowledge I was at the drive through line until I said “hello” then I was greeted with sassy/condescending “ one moment” with others laughing in the back ground. Other people in the drive-through line.
