I come during my shift quite often after 9pm, first time I was refused service by some rude white boy who seems like he just didn't want to work. Offered me supremes and a soda instead of my order. I'll be sure to let anyone I speak to about Bojangles know this isn't one to go to. Super unprofessional and it reflects badly on every other person inside.

I've always loved this location but this morning I go to get my chicken biscuit and a cheerwine. My cheerwine tasted off (kinda like mold) and I've been nauseous and throwing up since taking just 2 sips from it. Tried calling and no one picked up.

After I left that sorry excuse of a bojangles on Garrison I went to Franklin and was ecstatic at the service received. It was like night and day! For all I know these locations are owned by the same group which would imply a vastly different store level management discrepancy. The culture at Garrison is poison as Franklins, while not perfect, demands a higher standard

Chicken sandwich was trash. I went there because I wanted the seasoning on the fries and guess what there was no seasoning on the fries. Ask for a sauce they charged me almost a dollar for a sauce with my chicken not a great experience.

As someone who is blessed to travel the world and eat at five star restaurants on a regular base, I am completely shocked at how well ran this place is. The entire staff, especially Ron should not be working in a fast food place. This man is qualified to work at a Ruth Chris or Stk. He literally comes back-and-forth to your table to see if you need condiments or a refill on top of just having a joyful personality. If you ever have the chance and honor to meet this man, you will not regret it. I have never left a yelp review in my entire life, but the service and quality of food I received here left me no choice.

I would like to give a shout out to Miss Lorraine at the Bojangles on East Franklin. She went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my food was fresh. Thank you Miss Lorraine at the Bojangles on East Franklin.

It was terrible. We went in and waited in line , when we got up to the register to order our food the girl taking the orders was either just having a bad day or something was wrong. She wasn’t mean per se but she was mute, barely spoke . We were sitting here waiting on our food and no one yelled the number or anything just sat the food on the counter . With 3 other orders like I was suppose to know it was mine. A customer actually spoke to me and was like did you get 2 bo riots? He saw her out them in there and when I asked her she just looked at me ? I was confused. They left out my biscuit and I stood there for what felt like 10 minutes to be acknowledged . Wouldn’t recommend going inside. Terrible experience. Food was so bland and overcooked also. I’ve had a better experience going through the drive thru here lol

I'm a Bojangle fan, but when it comes to reviews and I visit a restaurant that there's nothing good to say, I would rather say nothing at all. Now, this Bojangle in special, there are plenty of great things to expose. The bathroom is clean 👌, and the food looks and feels fresh. The lovely lady manager treated me like part of the family. This place is absolutely clean, inviting, and soothing. Great Bojangle restaurant to come back again and again. I triple recommend it 👌 🥰🥰🥰

Sitting in drive thru waiting for chicken. (45 minutes) running a special $19.99 after 5pm for 8pc family meals. I ordered it at 5:14 pm. Thankfully this location has the automated drive thru order taker, otherwise the hospitality is lacking. No greet at the window just a very loud (almost shouting) “we outta chicken for 45 minutes”. I said I was happy to wait, as long as my biscuits and sides were also fresh. (I ordered Bo rounds) As I am sitting here waiting- I am witnessing the manager come out to her vehicle (short hair two-toned blond/black) with gloves on holding keys in one hand and vape or cigarette in the other. Talk to an employee at their car and go back in. She has come back out again - gloves still on- smoking again. I just wonder why they are so backed up if she can be out here smoking twice while I wait on chicken. I will let y’all know how my food is …. When I get it. 🤷🏻♀️

When I pulled up to the drive thru, a robot greeted me and took my order. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal and one Bo berry biscuit. When I pulled up to pay, the worker asked me to pull forward and she’d bring my food to my car. I sat there for 35 minutes waiting on my food. I then walked inside and was told they were waiting on Bo rounds. Does it really take 35 minutes to make these? When I received my food, my “biscuit” was on a bun. I brought the food back and the lady said “I heard you order a biscuit through the drive thru and not sure why it registered as a bun”. Maybe if you used real workers and not robots you wouldn’t have this problem. I’m giving 3 stars because the food was great once I actually received my food and my order was correct. I’m not trying to tear a business down, but there are definite ways this branch can improve and I hope the owner takes this as constructive criticism.
