After I left that sorry excuse of a bojangles on Garrison I went to Franklin and was ecstatic at the service received. It was like night and day! For all I know these locations are owned by the same group which would imply a vastly different store level management discrepancy. The culture at Garrison is poison as Franklins, while not perfect, demands a higher standard

As someone who is blessed to travel the world and eat at five star restaurants on a regular base, I am completely shocked at how well ran this place is. The entire staff, especially Ron should not be working in a fast food place. This man is qualified to work at a Ruth Chris or Stk. He literally comes back-and-forth to your table to see if you need condiments or a refill on top of just having a joyful personality. If you ever have the chance and honor to meet this man, you will...
