To lazy to make tea! Wait till you get to the window to tell you that they are out. But was quick to tell me in the drive thru that I can’t get a sausage biscuit @10pm. Only chicken products

Slower than BK expect to wait over 30 min after you order in the drive thru

DRASTiC MEANS

The worst Bojangles got our order totally wrong, long wait about 15 min in drive thru with only 2 cars in front of us. Never go here especially late because they are slow and not very bright.

AI run the drive thru and after asking for a employee (we had to make a substitution due to an allergy and that was too much for the AI to process) we waited several minutes in silence before deciding to just try going inside. Unfortunately, the dining room was locked at least 25 minutes before the posted closing time. The 2nd trip through the drive thru went better after asking for an employee out the gate. The employee was helpful in fixing the substitute once we actually got a hold of them.

Clean and orderly, the people were polite. Was extremely busy but fast service. Inside they have a kiosk to order from but wasn't on I'm guessing bc it was relatively early. Even with that it didn't take long for someone to come take my order. Did was hit
