Was there for breakfast,the line inside was almost out the door,you would think it would go rather quickly and it was!!! Till 4 doordashers,Uber eats and some other delivery services stormed in, walking right to the front of the line which I waited in for 10 mins which I thought was pretty unfair!!! Then there was issues with there orders(they got mixed up somehow) finally the front end manager told the drivers they got to get in line like everybody else!!! Which made them less than happy LOL. I finally got my food,and all I can say is the biscuit maker needs to be retrained. This Bojangles is not what I remember from my youth. Wasn't disappointed, I'm just not going to go through a fiasco like that ever again!!!! Particularly with no reward in the end!!!! Less than par food flat biscuits and burnt bacon!!!!

They don't get any stars it took 30min for me and my husband to get our food we ordered off the kios and they got the drive through people and the ones who ordered through the line first didn't look at the kios people order never will come back

The drive thru is the absolutely worse. 1 line doesn't work so they make you go all the way around to get at the back of the line again if you want food. WOW!! How stupid is that when people are driving up to the window to let them know the drive thru doesn't work.
They act like they can't ring up an order that is not placed at the broken drive thru microphone?? The staff was totally incompetent or maybe they just like having people waste even more time by going to get at the BACK of the line! The lady who seemed to be in charge said "we have to make your food when you order it so you might as well get back in line and order." What sense does that even make to say that? Take my order and worse case scenario, I pull into one of the spots and wait for you to bring my food out. Just a total waste of time.
I used to send family and friends to this particular Bojangles, not any more. I will find out who owns this one and any others they own and never give them my business again!

New Hope has brought my Bo Berry back to life! They were kind, genuine employees, maybe a lady named Pam?.. & the Bo Berry biscuit they made me was perfection, in between fluffy & flaky outside... usually I have to order extra icing & didn't have to...just the right amount on point😊 & was the best one I have ever ate. Yummmmm New Hope needs to school Garrison on biscuit class btw

Can we get rid of the crackheads working here , when the woman with dreads that they have putting the food together every time I go there at night I get old cold food and always has things left out , she can’t even half hold her eyes open much less make food , also ask for sweet tea and get unsweet , not worth anyone’s time going here in the evening

I waited 35 minutes after ordering my own food on one of their kiosk I still waited 35 minutes on my food a bow rounds a french fry a cobbler and one biscuit took 35 minutes I was late for my doctor's appointment I had to reschedule so this Bojangles over on Cox Road sucks

Can’t comment on food because we didn’t get any! Stopped to pick up lunch. Waited at drive thru only to be told they only had two chicken sandwiches (we needed four). We told them we’d wait, which wasn’t well received but we continued the order-then were told that there was no dirty rice and if we wanted them to make more, it would be a 20 minute wait. Keep in mind, this was at 12:45ish….prime lunch time. We told them to cancel the order and drove across town to another BoJangles location and got great service and great food. Evidently, this location is just horribly staffed and managed. Quite sad!
