I go to the Bessemer City Bojangles location a lot with my girlfriend and every visit I am satisfied and this may be the best Bojangles around. The staff are on it and I always get very delicious food. Once I asked if I could get dirty rice instead of a biscuit, the cashier said that the biscuit just automatically comes with the meal. Which I was ok with, and they were nice enough to get me a small cup of rice and not even charge me for it.

Where to start. First we come here every morning we 2 sides of egg and bacon and a biscuit combo large tea Most of the time tea is old in the lobby has a bitter taste and just nasty Lady behind the corner gets a little bit of a addatod like we just made it some. And just ignore us the orders of egg supost to be 2 eggs and 4 bacon strips gave us 1 egg and 1 piece of bacon. The cook gets made and slams it in the window. This place is hit and miss. Need to replace morning shift they all act like they don't want to be there. I don't know if I'll be back for a while. Up date food still sucks Cajun biscuit sucked bo rounds you could brake a window with them and the manger working the drive thru and just standing there looking at you when try waiting to order . And tea always is bad.

I want to give no stars sent my son to get 4 sausage and egg biscuits and bo rounds he came back one they only gave him 3 biscuits and the top of the biscuits were broken into pieces I won't go back that ridiculous especially at those prices wish I could post pictures

The cashier Nettie ,she was very rude we get there we wait 10 minutes before she take our order and I ask when she’s going to take our order and she told me I’m busy I’m by mi self y you want to wait or go home because is going to take me a while mean and rude person.

11/07/24 Second location I tried to visit today to order food, apparently there is some kind of computer outage not allowing drive through orders....
If that is the case it would be helpful if they would put cones up in the Drive-Thru instead of letting people sit there wondering what the hell is taking so long...
In a very short tone I was told I need to come inside to order food.
This location is dirty and grimy it feels like there is caked on grease and wax on every surface absolutely disgusting

They are okay food. I prefer them as fast food because of their French fries. It tastes good when they don't go overboard with the seasoning LoL LoL LoL. The problem I have with them is the lack of choice when it comes to bread. They only serve biscuits.
